I bought a pair of ski's at Freeglisse in October. In February we planned to go on ski-holiday so a few weeks before departure, I took my skis to a ski service center to have them checked and maintained.

Unfortunately, I was told there that it was impossible to adjust one of the skis because the reading was completely worn away. They therefore strongly advised me against risking skiing with these skis because it was to dangerous.

I contacted Decathlon (I bought them via them from FreeGlisse), who in turn contacted FreeGlisse and got the feedback that there was no way to return the skis. They even suggested it was transport damage which should be reported immediatly after delivery (?????)

They advertise the ski's as in good shape but this was really NOT the case! For me this is a fraude. The skis are worthless as you can not use them at all.

I ordered a pair of ski's which were rated A. 1 ski had a major gap (wood visible). I would not expect this for a A rate!

I had a great experience buying from them. The communication was clear and friendly throughout the process, and the shipping was fast. Everything arrived well-packed and exactly as described. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended!

A skis aren’t gently used. The customer service takes really long time to answer. Bindings on the skis are way cheaper than displayed. I wouldn’t recommend ordering here.
