Very pathetic services. Without users permission, they made changes in accounts. Also there is no customer service to lodge a complaint or get help from them.

Withdrawal issues from Wallet
I have recharged Freecharge wallet with 50000 INR and i tried to withdraw it to my bank account , but from last 4 days , neither is Freecharge depositing it to my bank account neither are they uploading it back to my wallet , I had tried earlier withdrawing to bank from freecharge wallet and it worked fine . They charge commission to allow to transfer to bank account but now they are not doing it . I have an medical emeregency and the amount is stuck. Freecharge team please help me.
