I came into the Colchester branch on Saturday the 16th of May to buy my husband a watch for his birthday.
We were assisted by Sandra and once again received excellent service.
Sandra helped us last year when my husband bought a watch for me.
We will always return to Fraser Hart as they are a jewellers we can trust.
Sandra's knowledge and expertise is extensive and you never feel pressured into buying anything.
Thanks again for always providing excellent customer service.

Fraser Hart Colchester. Had to return a watch for a battery under warranty, Sandra assisted us on the repair/replacement she is a lovely lady who is so helpful. After approx 3 weeks we had the watch back from Omega looking beautiful

Thank you so much Daisy at Bluewater. She was amazing today when I purchased my new Gucci Earings. I had a Gucci Necklace on and she cleaned it for me. Had my Gucci Watch on and two bracelets I am a Gucci Lady.

Lovely service made to feel welcome and offered drinks and chocolates. Bought 2 brackets and Rachel was very accommodating during the process.

From the moment i stepped into the shop in Meadowhall i was impressed with the layout of the goods, cleanliness of the shop and the well presented staff who were inviting and helpful.
I bought two inexpensive items which were boxed and wrapped beautifully.
There is a good range of products to suit everyones budget.
I will certainly be shopping at the store again.

We had a wonderful experience in store, staff were great. Ian listened to the style I liked and brought out the perfect ring. When picking up my ring we also discussed wedding bands and again Ian was great. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we would highly recommend the company

My experience at Fraser Hart in Cambridge has been amazing! It’s a fantastic place, made to feel very welcome and you’re looked after very well by all the staff. Special mention to Jess the Store Manager who has been extremely helpful, I just purchased a watch I’ve been very much looking forward to which Jess was able to get for me. The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful and they make a lovely cup of tea :)

I was in a bit of a rush but I was quickly shown my options and was able to select an item to suit my requirements. Karen was able to help speed through everything quickly and professionally thanks

I do not usually leave reviews but on this occasion I feel the need.

My fiance and I visited the Meadowhall Fraser Hart. I have been in retail most of my career and I have to say Jess who served us is on another level of customer service. She was so lovely but what really shone through for me was the pure excitement that she showed in serving us. Product knowledge was unbelievable, i did not know there was so much to know about lab grown diamonds.

Amazing lady and I am sure she will have her own store very soon.

Returned a watch that I purchased due to some faults. They were very helpful and returned it to the manufacturer to resolve the issue. I am not particularly happy with the watch as its the 3rd time I have had to return it, but it's not Fraser Harts fault and they have done everything they can to resolve the issue.

I was served by Karen in plymouth branch today needed to buy my mum 80 birthday present. Karen was so helpful it was a lovely experience i was not rushed not pressured very helpful 😊 would definitely visit again Thankyou

Callum was fantastic from the moment I spoke to him on the phone. When I collected the watch he was amazing to deal with and gave me a great price on the item. He also made me feel welcome in the store.

Visited the Leeds store (Trinity).
David was attentive, informative and professional.
One watch to be sent for a repair, awaiting follow up and the other watch required adjustments. David removed the links and it sits very well on the wrist!
Overall customer service was excellent!

Ella made us feel really comfortable at the meadowhall branch and was genuinely interested in what we were looking for. A ring for our granddaughter 18th which they did not have the correct size but ordered it in and picked it up 2 days later. Also bought necklace gor her as well. Highly delighted and would visit again next time looking for jewellery.
