Absolutly appalling treatment!
I have sent them an email in regards to one of their property. I didnt receive any message back but instead a number of promotional emails for some cheap bedsits with shared bathrooms and kitchens.
I have sent them an email politely stating I am only interested in self contained studios, but I kept receiving promotional emails.
I have called Mr. SHAKIR Kapadia, who was sending me those emails and asked to not receive again those emails. He
became instantly very rude and spiteful and started to scream that I must have
subscribed to those emails, which I
didn't.
I' ve never ever been treated by any estate agent with such a disrespect and malice.
I recently used Fraser Bond for property rental services in London and had a mostly positive experience. From the start, the team was professional and responsive. The agent I dealt with, Shakir, was particularly helpful—he explained the process clearly, ensured the paperwork was handled correctly, and made sure I received my deposit back without any issues.
Their office was easy to reach, and appointments were generally on time. Communication was solid throughout the tenancy, although there were occasional delays in response when it came to minor maintenance issues. That said, most problems were eventually resolved without major inconvenience.
I’d recommend Fraser Bond for those looking for a straightforward letting experience, especially if you're new to the London market. However, as with any agency, it’s wise to stay on top of your documents and follow up on anything that needs attention.
Avoid at all cost. They took 3000 euros of my rent as a float and never gave back to me. And they didn't manage at all the property. Didnt go inventory check out. It's a scam!
Doesn't reply messages or email. Just went completely ghosted.
Extremely helpful Agents at Fraser Bond compared to others I've dealt with. I just missed out on an apartment nearby City Road as I was relocating for work. I missed out on an apartment closeby. I saw that Fraser Bond had quite a few flats in the area, I picked up the phone and spoke to Shak who took down my requirements and sent through a few options in the area. He was quick to get back to me with options which suited exactly what I was in search for and made the whole process extremely easy. Where I'm staying now is even better than where I was originally going to be. there was an issue with the washing machine however this all got sorted.
I start writing this review with the intention to WARN people NOT to rent their place through Fraser Bond. I waited two years to write this review since the owner wants to get rid of negative reviews as soon as possible. But I feel like I really had to share my story.
Here it is: For work I had to move to London and found Fraser Bond on the internet. I decided to rent this place for over 3 months and was hugely overpromised by nice pictures of the property.
When arriving at the door, no one came to open it and I had to wait for 2 hours for someone to arrive. Which company would even think about letting their customers down from the start? Well, Fraser Bond does!
After two hours I finally got in and stepped into this huge construction place which apparently had to be "renovated", which never took place eventually.
Opening the door of the little studio I rented, I was extremely disappointed! Scratches all over the wall, a leaking water tap and an almost broken window. Who would do this to their customers? Yes, Fraser Bond.
It got even worse when I left the place in exactly the same state as I arrived in. Why? The owner didn't want to pay back my deposit of 500 GBP... And since he knew I already took my flight home he just dealt with it this way --> NOT!
There was no way I would ever get my money back and as I'm a student, I could use the money very well for other things. Please don't ever, EVER consider renting a place through this company.
Want this review to be removed owner? Just pay the money back.

We provide maintenance for Fraser Bond. They are a good company they are very straightforward to deal with.
Please avoid at all costs!!!!!
Totally incompetent staff.
Booked a viewing and did not show up, didn't answer the calls either.
Contacted the next day to find out what happened, was completely alright until he started screaming at me and coming up with a million excuses. Shocking customer service.
After running out of excuses he started denying that we had a viewing booked at all!
I emailed him snapshots of his own messages and call logs, received no response.
He finally picked up after 3 hours, screaming again with no excuses left once I provided the evidence, clearly had a break down which was obvious over the phone and politely told me to f-off.
Can't even imagine what the actual tenants are treated like if potential customers are treated like this!

We rented an apartment on Wardour Street earlier this year. The process was smooth. No complaints
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. We had a contract with them as tenants. The room we rented for our son on 512 Brixton Road was very poor and overpaid. We left the room in a good condition and have proof of this but we never got our deposit back, despite numerous mais to the Property Manager. We would higly recommend tenants to go somewhere else.
Note: 2 years later October 2020) the owner still hasn’t paid and wants to have his name removed from Trustpilot. It really is the World upside down. Name removed but even more reason not to contact this firm. Be Warned.

Alex was a pleasure to interact with from start to finish. He gave us good advice when making an offer and was very responsive to our queries....
An agent which we used for a rental.
This is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever encountered. Difficult to track down and talk to the agent when required. We experienced slight difficulties, which should have been resolved really easily. The particular agent which we dealt with was very aggressive and uncooperative when talking on the phone and via email.
Untrustworthy as well. We never received the deposit back on out rental - this was an ongoing dispute which was never resolved and left us down on money which we needed.
The whole experience was very stressful and throughly unpleasant.
