Simple process, took 24 hours from start to finish and required a couple of emails. Quite a bit of info was required but the requests were clear and easy to understand and the response time to my emails was extremely quick. Just about as good "after care" as I have ever encountered.

First time using a Franke sink in our new apartment. 1 week in and I’ve got rust spots all over the sink, I’m told not to leave water in it overnight and it can happen from wine. I haven’t put a drop of wine in it, and the water residue is the same as every other sink I’ve used for 20 years.

Frankes service was excellent from start to finish. My boiler had stopped working due to living in hard water area and the build up of limescale. The team arranged a replacement quickly and efficiently.
Cody went above and beyond during his visit, to ensure everything was repaired and working properly before he left so I could use my tap again.
Communication via email was always friendly, helpful and efficient throughout the process.
Really appreciate all the help and support from the whole team!

Be aware that if you have an older version of the Franke Omni 4 in 1 tap the hot water hose from the boiler is likely to leak and flood your kitchen if you don’t catch the leak in time! This happened to me as the leak started during the night.
Franke have now improved the design of this hose so my guess is they are aware of this problem but for some reason do not want to warn users or advise them to fit a leak shut off valve.
The only way to fix the leak is to buy a whole new replacement tap for ~£350!!

Ive had a Franke minerva for 8 years, up graded it for a maris 3 in 1 and wow what a difference. the engineer phoned with an eta and from start to finish he was great. Explained all the workings to my both of us. Customer service helpful every time i've contacted them. Would not hesitate in using them again.

We had 2 Franke coffee machines installed yesterday in our Glasgow office and the service engineer was totally professional in his work ethic and customer care. Although a few problems came up ( mainly from our end ) he was very patient and helped us work out the best course of action.Matt Sweeny is a credit to your organisation so much so I would highly recommend Franke coffee machines, thank you.

Used the contact us form on their website regarding an issue with a leaking spout and was immediately contacted by Ashleigh and advised a new part would be sent free of charge, which arrived the next working day!
The tap was 5 years old however they reacted swiftly and dealt with my query without even a hint or pushback. In this day and age where customer service standards seem to be slipping Franke really are demonstrating how after sales care should be done. Thank you!

Good, clear communication by email to arrange the appointment and confirming costs and service provided.
Call from engineer on day of appointment confirming arrival time.
Engineer arrived as expected, was friendly and explained what he would be doing going over how the system works. Service including filter change was done in a timely manner. Very happy with the whole service.

We rang Natalie and explained the problem we were having with our carron phoenix tap. She understood what was the problem and sent us a new part, immediately, which arrived today only after about four days wait. This was brilliant as we were filling bottles up from our bathroom sink. I would definitely use the customer service if needed, but mostly thanks to Natalie.

I had a three in one Franke tap/ hot water boiler and a plumber who was not very confident when fitting my new tap and boiler. It appeared to be dripping after use and the pressure was low when using mains water.
He advised me to contact Franke which I did by email and they arranged for one of their engineers/plumbers
to visit.
He checked the tap over explained how it worked and tweaked a few things under the sink.
My hot water tap/direct water feed tap all work perfectly now.

I had a problem with my Franke sink in my flat (it had been fitted a number of years before I moved in). I reported it to Franke. One of their contacts, Ashleigh Cowie, kindly sorted this for me by sending me a new sink free of charge. Excellent customer service! Many thanks.

We had an issue when our builder lost an adapter for the 43mm pipe when replacing our sink drain.
I rang Franke and spoke to Natalie. Well, she couldn’t have been more helpful. She searched her systems, following my vague description of the part I needed, eventually sending me the complete set of undersink fittings, free of charge, which arrived the following day.
Such customer service is rare these days.

My Franke kitchen mixer tap, purchased perhaps about 3 years ago, came apart 2 days ago causing some flooding in our kitchen, soon mopped up. But we couldn't use the tap as I discovered that the spout retaining screw was missing. I phoned you, got great attention, and today received a replacement screw in 1st class Royal Mail. It took me less than a minute to fix the tap.
Now that's service!
