Shipping status doesn’t match reality
They marked my order as shipped a week ago; however, when I checked the shipping company’s tracking page, I saw that they haven’t even handed my parcel over to the carrier. It was my first and last time using this company. I hope I will be able to cancel my order asap so that I can buy the same thing from a more reliable online shop.

No delivery, no response
I'd placed the order (n° 89925) for some containers more than a month ago, 23/02/2021. All this time I have neither goods nor any response on my questions and requests from Francis Batt.

Je suis navrée que vous n'ayez pas reçu votre commande à temps, En effet certains de vos articles étaient en commande auprès de notre fournisseur et ils étaient également en rupture sur ce produit.
Nous avons également traverser une période très intense et nous avions pris du retard dans l'information que nous pouvions donner à nos clients et nous avons mis quelques jour à répondre à votre mail.
