Avoid - Very Poor Customer service - Wont rectify their mistakes - AVOID !!

So I ordered a Black Frame for a Print. After a couple of weeks I received a White Frame - it was completely not suitable for the Print I had in mind. Chased the company. They replied, admitting it was a mistake by their packer. I expected them to exchange given the order was clear on the colour ordered. They said that they wouldn't send me a replacement but I could have a discount on another Frame if I wanted to buy another Frame !!! They did not offer to take the wrong frame back but just took my money. Despite the mistake being theirs they made no effort to remedy their error. Their excuse was that it would cost them postage to send another out. Very unprofessional. Will have to contact the Credit Card issuer for a refund. Avoid this company.
