Bad Fit
The transition to reading was too low in the progressive lenses. The temples of the frame were at an angle of about 110 degrees to the front of the glasses instead of the expected 90 degrees, making the frames too wide. I was disappointed that I would have to hold them up and hold them on, making them useless. Also, very disappointed that I had to pay $9 to return them.

In the past I would have given…
Honestly in the past I would have given 5 stars, as they were usually easy to work with, but this time around, not so much.
The person who would not name themself, was very condescending in the email chain. Made accusations in the emails that were not true. Basically turned the experience into a bad one. I usually order several sets of glasses for my entire family. Next time going somewhere else.

Prescription Glasses Order was perfect!
I ordered a pair of prescription glasses online from Frames Direct and this was the first time that I wasn't buying them in store. As you can imagine I was a little concerned about potential issues.
All those fears were put to rest by the professional handling and communication from the company. They kept me updated with the progress of the order which was surprisingly swift. When the glasses arrived I was thrilled with the quality and the prescription was perfect.
