Ordered 27.01.23, quoted 3-5 days delivery, customer services non existent says order on way. Pay Pay claim started and seller responded saying item not in stock and refund will be sent, but item still offered and in stock according to website today. Why bother trying to sell items if you can't.

Ordering was so easy

Barakaat …
I like the Barakaat but when the perfume was new the smell was strong and lasted all day but as the perfume got older the scent has faded. 😂😂😂

Dissapointed in the very weak aroma
Dissapointed in the very weak aroma of the scent. The aroma of the scent dose not linger long soon its sprayed the scent has already dissapeared into the air and can not be smelt.

Company with zero customer service.
This is the most unreliable, untrustworthy, irresponsible, and poor customer service company. I purchased Creed Royal Water from their website for my pals birthday but the perfume was received almost a month after his birthday. Several calls to the company remain unanswered, and I had to email them to find out about my online purchase only to be told we are looking into it. It was my first, and the very last time of ever purchasing any product from them unlike all beauty where you get your product within a week. Very poorly organised company in terms of delivering products effectively and efficiently. I will surely not recommend this company to anyone.
