The two friendly blokes who delivered my stuff were great. They had driven a long way and arrived in good time. Then they humped a lot of heavy boxes up to the second floor without a moan or murmur: thanks lads. Receiving my stuff, after being in storage for 15 months, ended a stressful period for me; Fox Group communication and service was a great help.

Mark and Jerome were superb
Mark and Jerome were superb. I appreciate the additional time taken by the team to pack our items so efficiently. Nothing was broken and they reduced the stress levels drasitcally. Mark was clear with the timing for everything and even completed the task early. They made the experience very comfortable by packing the items for sleep last so I could have one last night ahead of the move the next day. The guys were cheerful and courteous throughout.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Fox Moving. What was sold as a full-service move turned into a series of issues that caused significant stress, inconvenience and additional expense for my family.
The move dates were disrupted, resulting in an unexpected one-week gap that required temporary accommodation. On arrival, I was then informed that unpacking, which I understood to be part of the agreed service, would not be carried out. This left our home full of boxes, creating both disruption and a genuine safety concern for our young toddler.
There was also damage to several items, including wardrobe components, shelving and ornaments, along with missing parts that rendered some furniture unusable. To make matters worse, a desk and wardrobe were left unassembled, with missing screws and components not provided.
The standard of packing and labelling was poor. Dirty shoes were packed on top of clothing, a toilet brush was packed alongside hats, and fragile computer monitors were boxed with minimal protection. Labelling was inconsistent, making unpacking far more difficult than it needed to be. In contrast, another removal company involved in the move (Spires) provided an excellent service and even commented on the poor packing standards they observed from Fox.
Despite specifically requesting floor protection due to recently cleaned carpets, very little protection was used. Furniture protection was also inadequate, with blankets simply thrown over items rather than proper wrapping being used.
Overall, the combination of scheduling issues, incomplete service, damaged items, poor packing standards and lack of communication has left us extremely disappointed. I am still awaiting a satisfactory resolution to these issues. I would not recommend based on my experience.

The crews were very friendly, respectful and industrious.
They packed my kit very dilligently. I am only giving 4 stars because the company sent only 2 persons to pack and load. Which weren't enough and we had to help packing. For unloading, 2 person are enough. We could have packed half the house before their arrival only if the company had dropped the boxes off as per the request im advance.
