I think i have been scammed.. Ordered of £148 car seat on this website because it offers next day delivery and i need it urgently. 3 days later, no news of the seat, no answer to my email and the website has gone offline.. Do not do the same mistake and don't order from them!

I ordered a Cybex Belios Travel System bundle from ForYourBabyOnline on 27th April. I got a confirmation of order email. I was expecting next day delivery as advertised.
The product was advertised considerably cheaper than other companies, which is what lured me in.
I heard absolutely nothing from the company and it is 5th May today, (8 days after I placed the order).
There is no telephone number on their website.
So after reading the very poor reviews I assume that the company is fraudulent and I have cancelled payment to them. My bank will give me a full refund.
So, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Please do not buy from this company. Absolutely dreadful customer service. We have ordered a pram back at the end of august 2022 with next day delivery option selected. No email confirmation and no communication. Contacted them and they said it was meant to be delivered 22nd September but because of delay it will not be delivered in November. It is now the 10th November and I have not heard back from them since. No tracking number. No order number. No delivery date. No email responses. No phone number to contact.

Avoid at all costs!! They are scammers! We have ordered a pram with next day delivery this was on the 3rd nov and the order is still saying order placed so the item hasnt been sent for delivery. I have emailed the company for the last four days and nothing!

Ordered a pram on 27th Oct expecting next day delivery. Received a confirmation email buy heard nothing since. I have emailed 3 times asking where my item is but no reply. I got an email this afternoon 31st Oct saying I had been refunded. No explanation as to why. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Do not recommend. I bought my baby’s pram and was issued a refund for no reason, 3 days after me paying for it I received an email with no explanation just stating that I was receiving a refund. However I urgently needed the item and was advertised as ‘next working day delivery’ - it then took a further 3 days to receive the money back and they ignored all emails about me asking why I couldn’t just receive my item instead of the refund. I therefore wasted 6 days worth of my time and had to find the pram elsewhere once the money had reached my bank again, but this was such an inconvenience when I am about to go into labour. Extra unnecessary stress - they shouldn’t advertise and allow you to pay for items via the website if they are just going to refund you as this is a long process.
