Emmanuel was extremely helpful and professional. He walked me through what he was doing so later I could do some of the same things myself. He installed and worked on various systems, as well as cleaned up my starting programs. He was patient and very knowledgeable.

U.S. Tech Support represented by Michael had eagerness in assisting me in the laptop issue.
Michael bridged the gap of understanding technology between a young person like him and a 75 year old person who has been out of school and work many decades ago.

Problem was slowness of all processes
Problem was slowness of all processes. After fix took 45 minutes to restart; second and third restarts took 10 minutes each so really don't know if problem was resolved yet.
Personally I have tried to fix this so I gave it tto an expert. Because I am not an expert I do not know yet if my problem was completely resolved. My laptop is 14 years old so may not be fixable either!
