I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this casino.
I won a significant amount after playing on their site, but when I attempted to withdraw my winnings, they suddenly confiscated almost all of my balance claiming I breached a “maximum bet” rule connected to a bonus.
The issue is that I genuinely believed my wagering requirements had already been completed. At no point did the system warn me, block my bets, or notify me that I was allegedly violating any rule. Support later admitted they do not have any feature that prevents players from exceeding the limit.
It feels extremely unfair that players are allowed to continue betting, winning, and even attempting withdrawals, only for the casino to later void winnings based on hidden or unclear bonus terms.
I contacted support multiple times but received mostly scripted responses saying “decision is final” without properly addressing my concerns.
I strongly advise players to be very careful when accepting bonuses on this platform and to read every term closely, because even after winning fairly, your balance may still be confiscated afterwards
