18 dollars for handsanitizer during a pandemic!!!!

Been desperate for weeks to get handsanitzer...finally I see it is back in stock, but at price-gouged rates!

It is now 18 dollars for ONE four oz. hand sanitizer during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic (including shipping to a state not far from their location).

I been a customer of FCS for years, but no longer. Not only because no jobs for my entire family right now to afford to spend almost 20 dollars on a tiny amount of hand sanitizer, but on a moral principle I just cannot support a company that takes advantage of other people's times of misfortune.

Awful!!!!

This company have awful customer service, they took weeks to reply to my first email, I had to email 3 times and then contact on twitter to finally get a response. I changed my shipping address by email and they confirmed that it had been updated but still sent the order to my old address. I have now been emailing for a few weeks with regards to deleting my details from their records, they tell me this has been done but I keep getting emails. I would not be so annoyed as I can understand that sometimes system errors happen and it is no one's fault, however it is the awful attitude of the emails that have been sent to me. They tell me that it has only happened the once where I have not been replied to, however this is not true so I feel as though I have been accused of lying. I have done nothing wrong and have been made to feel awful just from the tone and attitude of the replies that I have (eventually) received.

So, things go wrong with this company's system as they do with all companies at some point, however when you do have these errors with Fortune Cookie Soap, you receive little help that with an awful attitude to go with.
