I have been a customer of FortTroff.com for 6 years now. Every order comes on time and if there is an issue they do replace the product. We had two rings in which the product's battery would no longer charge and they replaced the items. We did have to pay for shipping to send them back.
Customer service has been good with our experience!
Packaging is also wonderful to receive. You know it is a FortTroff order when it arrives and the packaging peanuts go nicely down the drain. It makes us feel better we are sending less to the landfill and more to be recycled.
Best time to catch FortTroff is during their sales and free shipping events.
Defective item? You're paying for it anyway.
Better hope your purchases work or they make you pay the return shipping! It took 5 days just to get an address to ship the thing back to and have had zero correspondence since doing so. They are PAINFULLY slow to deal with issues, if you even can call it that. It is now Jan. 10th, and I am still having to deal with my Black Friday order. Do Yourself a favor and use Amazon.

Quick and simple
Having ordered one item, I received this within the shipping window advertised on the website in perfect quality. I then received a second parcel which was a free promotional item that they had forgotten to include but still sent out anyway.
Can't fault them.

A few times I have complained to Fort Troff about a Freeballer Stretch that is much too small and therefore unusable. There is absolutely no response to my complaint. Very annoying.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They have no standards, would give a negative star if I could.
I placed an order yesterday with a free shipping coupon that was supposed to be delivered to Toronto, Canada. Once I received the email confirmation I noticed that the shipping address was all correct, but somehow it said it was going to Arizona as opposed to Toronto, it even still said Canada for the country... I emailed them right away asking if this could be fixed, also noting that if the free shipping was only for US customers (knowing that this could be the case) that I no longer would like my order. Their shipping from US to CA is $50 USD, which is laughably over the actual cost of shipping.
I heard no response from their team, so I called today to regurgitate the same information and the snarky guy on the phone told me that "no unfortunately the free shipping is only within the US", so I told him I would like my order cancelled. He proceeded to tell me that, wait for it... That was not possible. He was now going to update the shipping info which would in turn charge me the additional $50 USD shipping that I am not / was not ever willing to pay. Because of the mixup and just out of good will, I asked if he could please reverse the order since it hasn't even been shipped yet. He then went on to tell me that if I look at the FAQ section on their page it says that they can not cancel orders and that you can not get a refund, only store credit.
I can not believe how much money I was just roped in to paying for such tiny items... What type of company doesn't even have at least a 24hr grace period to cancel an order?
Horrible company, would not recommend. Especially if you are not 100% you'll want to keep the item you buy.

I have placed multiple orders with Fort Troff. My most recent order, the company made a mistake and did not include my apartment number on the package.
First they blamed me. When I pointed out that the address was correct as it appeared on the screenshots from their internal system they provided, but was wrong on the package, they stopped responding.
I emailed again to let them know I was unable to pick up or receive the package because of their error.
They have not once apologized. They have not once admitted to making a mistake. They offered me store credit.
Their website does not allow for reviews to be posted. Seems like accountability issues, despite quality products, and I can’t support an inconsistent business.
