I would not recommend Forsyth Barnes to any organisation seeking a credible recruitment partner. My experience has been consistently disappointing: candidates were poorly vetted, placements lacked any meaningful follow-up, and the overall approach felt improvised and reactive rather than strategic. Communication was patchy at best, and there was no evidence of accountability or process. Recruitment should be about trust and rigour.

I feel like this is a relatively young company and their approach is very much trial and error.

I think this is a scam company that is trying to collect and use people's personal information. There is another UK agency who I've had the same experience with. Someone will reach out to you or respond to your email and set up a call but they never call you. From there another call is scheduled and they never call you.

This is a recruitment company. I was reached 2 times about different roles, spoke to recruiters and was completely ghosted right after, even though both opportunities seemed quite promising. In today’s climate vacancies get frozen, and other people may get hired but keeping a candidate up to date shows respect.
