Do not buy. Product I received was horrible quality, nothing like they show on their website. Customer service is just as bad. Stay far, far away it’s a complete scam.

The item received looked nothing like the item online. When I asked for a return they said that they would remake if I covered the cost of shipping. The error is their fault and want you to cove the cost of replacing. Absolutely disgusting customer service and the products themselves look nothing like advertised

This website is 💯 fake and I highly recommend nobody purchase anything because I ordered something on February 6th and it's just been BS on trying to find my order let alone receive it, which turns out that it's a fake website so please don't waste your money on this fraudulent site.

Bought 4 etched pint glasses for Christmas, only two came on time despite ordering all at the same time. Etching was so small you could not make out the people plus placement was high up on the glass instead of the middle.

Customer service is horrible and does not listen. They just send vague responses and offer 10% off. Company would not give refund unless I return and pay for shipping (overseas.)

Save yourself wasted time and money, products are garbage and they should be ashamed of quality and the scam them are pulling.

shittest place to order from promise you when you order that it would arrive in time for valentines day and it is now the 16th of feb and still waiting been over 10 days for it to arrive. when you track it, its still in leicester for 2 days and they just dont give a shit. Useless nob heads and really annoyed me, Girlfriend had nothing for valentines day and makes me look and feel a d*** soo thanks alot. Will never ever order anything from here took my money and ran im sure its a scam business take your money and dont deliver the goods!!!!!

I saw reviews that seemed like this was legit site. After placing a order and waiting weeks for it finally ship the day it said it was out for delivery I got a notification that the order was returned to warehouse because failed delivery due to a wrong address. So I double checked my order and on fact the address was correct. I have been going back and forth trying to get answers because the shipping company is asking for a tracking number that's completely different then the one I have. Don't order from this site it's not worth the chance!

If I could give less than one star I would. This is a terrible company! Don’t ever use them! I ordered something for a family member for Christmas. I ordered it a month before Christmas and they didn’t even make it or ship it until January. I just received the item 5 days ago and I ordered it in November 2025. They didn’t hesitate to take my money but they drug their feet on making and sending out my order. Then they refused to give me a refund, offering me $10 and $15 as if that we’re going to compensate me for a $65 item that I had ordered and the fact that I had to buy something else in place of the item because it wasn’t here in time for Christmas! These people are scam artists, do not use them! Do not give them your money and by all means do not fall for their lives. This company is a piece of crap!

God awful customized spicy shirts the stitching makes no sense. Lines where they shouldn’t be. The pictures don’t even look like people. They don’t refund. Total scam

I ordered from this company that has heavily put their products on social media. They take a personal picture of your choosing and they embroider that onto clothing. It was all over Facebook and seemed like an American owned company with the videos they were posting. I thought it was a cute idea so I made an order on 12/13/25. Since then everything has been fishy. The tracking first said it came from China and there was never really any updates which is whatever. However, it is over a month later and I still have received nothing and they still cannot tell me where my item is. When I complain about it they said they could give me a 5% refund which I still haven’t even had that yet. They said they “re sent out” my order and the tracking at first said shipped from Franklin Park, IL. I thought “COOL FINALLY” I checked on it again and now it’s saying “international” and at the “port” I asked for yet another update and NOTHING. This is obviously some sort of scam and they are getting away with stealing from ALOT of people with how much the advertise on social media. This “company” needs to be reported. When I went and if into this scam of a company I found that there is no phone number, no head quarters, no actual city or state they work out of. There is not legit company name with a LLC. Yet, they advertise like they are very well known. I’m tired of dealing with this. I want to warn others not to purchase from them because all the reviews I’ve seen people are having the same issue. It’s sad

I ordered a personalised hoodie from this website before Xmas. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and the quality is awful. Material is very thin and the stitching is terrible. A name stitched in below the image was also barely legible. DO NOT USE!!! Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to stay in business.

Paid for expedited shipping. Package never arrived. Weeks of scripted excuses, false claims about insurance I never bought, and attempts to redirect responsibility elsewhere. Bank escalation required. 🚩🚩🚩

I placed an order with this company and have still not recieved the item. Its been close to a month and all i get from their support service is that they will give the details shortly. Even though it states production time is 3-5 days and delivery is 3-5 days also.

If you do end up purchasing please be aware that the worry-free insurance you buy is from an external company called Seel and the only thing they cover is the delivery, so even if the package is delayed they only refund you if it gets into their hands and is then delayed.

The policy the company has on refunds and returns is equally as brutal, essentially you are not getting any money back at all!

It just feels like such a horrid experience and i'd wished that i had checked the reviews first.

Purchased hoodie company was given 10 pictures only 9 was printed on. The one pic was put on numerous of times in which that space should have been available for the 10th photo as well as the 9th photo could have been applied on the hoodie instead of the waistband where you could only see the forehead & eyes. Overall the product could have been excellent if they took the time, care and not do a rush job. On that note I would say use your local screen printers in your surrounding areas. I was told ahead of time from someone who purchased an hoodie from them that it takes about a month to receive your item. Purchased during the week of November 20,2025 received the week of December 7th, 2025.

Got this cute hoodie for Christmas for my mom, it came out okay. The cats face was good but the dogs faces on the shirt looked a bit inaccurate, though I do blame myself for sending in messy pictures of my dogs thinking they were going to touch it up. I emailed them a complaint and asked for an exchange, they said yes of course but asked me to pay for the shipping, I said that it would go over my budget so I couldn’t do that. They then offered a 20% refund to return it, I declined because at some point I realized it was fine to just keep it and I told them that. Then they offered me a refund without the need of returning it, even though I said I would keep it after every offer, they still tried to satisfy me and I appreciated that so much that their number 1 priority was satisfaction and not money, it was a $12 refund when I paid $60 though.

I have read some reviews in here, lots of negative reviews which are shocking. Most of them are complaining about their package being so late to arrive, which also happened to me it took 16 days to arrive, but the product and the idea of this company is so great and all those reviews are not seeing that. Just buy your package early as possible, you shouldn’t be shopping last minute anyways.
