Frozen meals with foreign objects and no customer service

After purchasing the Forks Over Knives frozen meals (and trying all 4 varieties) I found a piece of what looked like wood in one of the meals. Its seems they don’t want to be contacted by any customers. As even the box itself has no customer service information on it. After emailing one of the email addresses off their website, I still have not received a response. Therefore I tried emailing another address which sent back an immediate automated reply saying they’d contact me in “1-2 business days”. Which has yet to happen.
I love the frozen meals but if you, as a corporation, have foreign objects in your food you should have a way for the customer to get in contact with you ASAP.

New bait and switch tactics

I subscribed in the past to Forks over knives and like their plant-based recipes. I would have given them 4-5 stars in the past.
However, now they have gone into gross commercialisation. They offered a free booklet on mobility. Instead, I found myself signed up for daily emails, no booklet and multiple promotional ads.
They must have a new CEO who is trying to make more money. This will ruin the company
