I've ordered from For Her Box twice recently and I couldn't be happier. Any questions I had were answered promptly and the website was super easy to navigate. They even had zippay which was awesome for me because I much prefer it to other buy now pay later schemes. Nic the owner sent me emails when the order was shipped and one of them, she didn't get to a post office until a day after she expected so she sent it via express post at no extra cost. It really is fantastic customer service and it's so nice supporting a small business since you can see where your money is going rather than a faceless corporation.
The recommendations are always really helpful and she always seems happy to get a message asking for advice or a recommendation or even checking if things are worth the hype. She also goes on the hunt to source things if people request them, as I've seen on the Facebook page. I will definitely buy from For Her Box again. Thank you so much for the friendly, helpful shopping experience.

Have ordered from this store quite a few times - amazing! Absolutely recommend any of the mystery boxes, have never been disappointed. Best customer service, nothing is a silly question. You will not receive such personal service as this from any of the big name chains.

They will even do custom boxes for you on request - had a gift pack made for my mother, and a special mystery box for a friend going through a hard time.

All products are personally selected by the owner - she will not stock anything she is not happy with. Shipping costs are always transparent, as are any possible delays. I have always received every item from every order placed.
