I think so far, so good.
I think so far it's been good, except when setting up my account to transfer funds, it wouldn't let me bcuz I use a different email for my banking. So I had to call Forex to update my email to continue the transfer. Other than that, the reps both in chat and over the phone were polite respectful and very helpful.
