Horrible customer service! Agents are extremely condescending and patronizing and extremely arrogant! Not helpful but very rude and defensive about the bad service and cheap clothes! Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment with the overall experience I had with your company. As a customer who values quality and excellent service, I must say that my recent encounter with your brand has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.
First and foremost, let's talk about the quality of the clothing I purchased from your company. I was under the impression that I was investing in well-made garments, but what I received was far from satisfactory. The materials used were flimsy and felt cheap, and the stitching was haphazard at best. It is disheartening to spend hard-earned money on clothing that falls apart after just a few uses. Your company claims to provide high-quality products, but my experience suggests otherwise.
Furthermore, the customer service I received was absolutely appalling. When I contacted your support team to express my concerns and request a refund or exchange, I encountered nothing but frustration. The representatives I interacted with were unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked basic empathy towards my situation. It felt as if they were more interested in brushing me off rather than addressing my valid concerns as a customer. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable.

No Customer Service at all
I placed an order 5 days ago and have been following up because when I check status it says "in allocation process" I chose for most of the items to be picked up in store and they were showing as available. I am being told the delay is due to "system outages" and that I just have to wait. No resolution and they placed a credit hold on my account 5 days ago.

Worst Customer Service Ever!
I would give this company a 0 if I could! Forever 21 has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an online order during a clearance sale for a handbag with specific measurements of 18.5”Wx12.5”Lx6”D. What I received was a tiny bag that looked like it was for Barbie dolls at 6”x5” - I never even removed it from the bag it was in! I contacted customer service right away and they tried denying me a refund because they said that all clearance items are final sale (which is fine if they had sent the correct item). Then they tried telling me that the bag states it is “one size”…..well “one size” does not apply to handbags, which is why they all have their own measurements listed in the descriptions. I tried going through corporate but shockingly never received a response. Oddly enough I noticed they had an advertisement on Facebook about their sale and it said to message them with any questions. Figured it was a total long shot but messaged them anyway and I was shocked that someone with a brain responded right away and understood that the product description was inaccurate and he didn’t argue with me or accuse me of tampering with the tags!!! I ended up finally getting my refund but I will NEVER buy anything from them again!!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a dress for New Years in DECEMBER, and here we are, it's January 16th and guess what? NO DRESS. First I get an estimated delivery date, then another, then processing... then package awaiting pick-up, and boom a refund. I contacted customer service at least 4 times in between, each time a different response, and at last, they tell me that something was wrong with my address and it was returned. I call bull as I live in a detached house and literally EVERY carrier seems to be able to find my house. How crazy is that? Resolution from the rudest customer service rep EVER, you ask? Repurchase the dress at full price, they won't even honor the sale price. SAVE YOURSELF FROM AN ANEURYSM AND DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!.
Never ordering online from them again
This store needs to go back out of business again. Received a damaged item with huge holes in it that I immediately contacted customer service about and sent multiple photos in. Was told there was nothing they could do and didn't give me any of my money back. Won't be back here again. This kind of service is exactly why they filed bankruptcy a few years ago and I won't support them again

Still haven’t received my order …
Ordered from here and still haven’t received my package. Talked to customer service and they said they’ve sorted it and I would receive my order yesterday and if not to contact them. I’ve tried multiple attempts now to contact them online but the chat automatically ends when I put in my email or order number. At this point I’m convinced it’s a scam and they just take the money and don’t bother to help the customers. If you live in Europe I wouldn’t waste my time ordering from them!!!

Their site says 2- 3 day shipping which means 2 - 3 days to get it to the shipper. Once it gets to the shipper, the clock starts. I have ordered tons of items from different online stores over the years and when I see 2-3 days, I am accustomed to that meaning it will be in my hands in 2 to 3 days, not weeks. All the rep was able to tell me is it that shipping policy tells me how long it takes. I asked them to get past the what I did wrong conversation and help me get to where I needed to be. No luck. The website/cart was not clear in the delivery time and I wanted to talk to their corporate office and rather than providing that number, they referred me back to the shipping policy.
I decided to reorder and then return the 1st shipement so my grandkids and great-niece could have their Christmas presents on time. I still did not see an option for expedited shipping so I reached out to chat again. I asked them if I place the order today, when will it arrive if I pay for expedited shipping. They could not tell me and when I asked them if that purchased Fed Ex 2 day, Overnight or the slow boat from China, they disconnected and passed me on to a 3rd rep. They could not answer the question either so I gave up. If I don't get the gifts on time, I will have to wrap up a picture of what they are getting and see the disappointment on their faces. My advice is, if you want to order from Forever 21 - do it about 6 months before you need it. I will not order from them again, which means I will not buy from them again because my reduced mobility prevents me from shopping. Worse than not getting my order timely, was the argumentative nature of the reps, particularly the first rep who only wanted to let me know it was my fault rather than trying to make me feel better.
Scam until otherwise
Ordered an item and I noticed it kept getting delayed on the tracker. A few days later I check the tracker again, and it says, "package lost, contact sender." I contact customer service through online chat and they tell me that the item is delayed and to wait. My clothes still didn't come and when I asked for a refund they continued to tell me to wait before they start their 10-business day "investigation" for lost packages. I have been waiting since October 31st, not once during this process has anyone contacted me and I have had to reach out to them just to get updates. Do not trust this company, they will take your money and string you along for over a month with a never-ending "investigation" so you get tired of their antics and never receive a refund.
