Absolutely disgusted! Ordered a new range of low cost golf balls and only on receipt of acknowledgment realised that the cost of carriage was nearly half the price of the balls. Immediately ( within minutes) cancelled the order. Confirmed cancellation 2 further times - all completely ignored until a very abrupt reply that the order had not been cancelled- maybe an AI production.
Disgusted.

I bought a stand bag which is great, sadly on first use a rubber foot fell of somewhere round the course.
I have emailed twice and so far no reply !
When you try to call the line always seems to be busy.

Absolutely amazing ordered on a Thursday delivered on a Friday marvellous, Ordered the Ram 1/4 zip jumper true to size. Been using this group for all my golfing needs absoultey spot on can't recommend them highly enough.

I tried to call them to discuss an order and their phone service is rubbish. Pre recorded messages says that everyone is busy and if you press * then you can hang up and you place in the queue will be kept. Press * and you are sent to a message saying they are busy but someone will answer and you can leave a message if you press 1 (within 1- 2hours). Pre record says this twice then cuts the call. RUBBISH!

The hibrid iron set I purchased arrived the following day, after a few rounds I started getting use too them, now after nearly two months in our horrible weather I can now say I have never hit irons so good even with my bad shoulders.

The golf shoes I first ordered were too small. After a few email exchanges, I was able to return the too small ones and negotiate to get a replacement pair of the right size and still at the same discounted cost as the original sale. It took a little while, but it all worked out in the end. However, I was required to pay the return costs of the first pair of shoes.
That was not refunded.

Have made a few purchases from this company and have found the quality and price to be reasonable.
Delivery has always been prompt.
