Forcewear don’t reply to emails or social media messages especially when I have sent the items back because Forcewear sent me the wrong size and now I am trying to get a refund.

Ordered a hoodie just to recieve a message that my order have been cancelled because the team goes on holidays and they are not sure for how long🤣🤣🤣. What type of company dosnt know when the team returns from holidays ? Sound like a BS to me but at least I get refunded. Never ordering again as seems like this is a kinder garden and not a descent company

Force wear got back to me when I managed to get an email address for them they explained that they were having staffing problems but order order arrived as promised from them

Didn't receive my order waited nearly two weeks i thought it was a genuine site must be rong you live and learn well thanks for the reply back i might have judge a little harsh but as customers we don't know first hand what problems you are having but going forward i recommend if you let people know from the get go things could take alot longer . then people who purchase things are not thinking they are getting ripped off their are alot of companies that do this so now you have now explained things we see that you are not that kind of company and are legitimate so thank you

I’ve bought from Forcewear HQ many times now — sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, polo shirts — and they’ve consistently impressed me. Orders always arrive promptly, and on the few occasions I’ve had minor issues, their customer service has been outstanding.
One example really stood out: I originally ordered a medium, then tried a large, and eventually realised the medium was the better fit. When I contacted them, they didn’t complain or make things difficult at all. In fact, they told me to keep the large, which I was able to pass on to another ex-vet. That kind of service is rare.
Their designs and logos are excellent. I’ll admit that some of the older t-shirts faded quicker than I’d have liked, but the newer gear is top quality — the materials and print durability have improved a lot, and the latest t-shirts feel great.
Forcewear HQ deserves to be singled out for praise. They always deliver, they look after their customers, and they clearly take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been using Force Wear since it opened in 2014. Quality products that don’t stretch or shrink over time. Love the print quality on their designs. I’ve tried other companies but keep coming back to Force Wear as their gear lasts. Never had reason to fault the gear.

Good quality t-shirts. Reasonably priced for the standards. Excellent customer services and dealt with a minor issue with a sweatshirt. Recommend

Poor quality t shirt. Awful fabric and not stitched together very well. If it wasn’t supporting veterans I would be returning. Shan’t be wearing it though which is a shame as love the design

Absolute con of a company, cheap faulty products, false promises of refunds a disgrace to the veterans community. Buy elsewhere:
FW40174 was my order number! You have had many opportunities to look into this but have chosen to block any negative reviews you are able to!

Love this gear! I’m an ex matelot and the old sea dog is shirt is my fave I have wore it to death and it’s still going strong. Wear it to the gym and it just seems to give me that extra push and reminds me of who I was and why I need to keep pushing my self hard. Just ordered 3 more T-shirts looking forward to wearing them. I’ve been buying gear from Forcewear for a while now and the only thing that’s changed over the years is improvement.
What was already brilliant quality products has only gotten better over the years. Love to support veteran owned businesses and forcewear are spot on.

I have had lots of orders and they have all been great. I have just received my new ZRO FKS GVN t shirt which I wear them for the gym and my new one was going to be my new squat t shirt but it's soo much thinner than all my other have been. I can't see it lasting more than 2 months.

Easy to use app and a range of interesting designs. Was surprised how cheap some of the clothes were and impressed with communication etc. Sadly, the logo/transfer on both shirts I bought has begun peeling off within 6-8 weeks despite washing at advised temps. Can’t really justify buying if only going to last a couple of months.

2nd time I've ordered T shirts. Great quality and speedy delivery. Highly recommended.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever received! Upon ordering my items I had made a mistake which at the time I hadn't realised. The team promptly got in touch and pointed out to me that one of the sizes I had ordered varied from the rest. I was so grateful for the foresight as it saved messing around with returning items. The team got right to issuing the correct item. Good work guys! I also had trouble with royal mail... no fault of forcewear's but the team were on hand for support right away. The problem with royal mail finally got resolved (apparently somebody couldn't be bothered to venture up to my door on that day). From beginning to end they guys at force wear were fantastic and the products are great. Shame I can't assign a 6 star rating!

I would like to change my review from this morning to a very happy one.
My T shirt arrived this morning after only a few days wait.
The cotton and printing are good quality.
I now have 2 hoodies and 3 T shirts.
