As many other customers have indicated in the Net World Sports Trust Pilot reviews (there are plenty) this company takes you money and falsely suggests your order is on its way when it isn't. As for their customer care, well it is non-existent. At present they are using COVID as the reason why they are not able to answer customer enquiries/emails for 7-10 days, but even then don't expect a response because you won't get one. I am only glad I didn't place the large order I was considering. Instead I will find a company that cares about customers and doesn't use the pandemic to cover up its shambolic setup.
Have ordered 3 items from Forb two of which have arrived and appear to be of good quality. Some three weeks later I am still awaiting delivery or even a dispatch notification or order update for the 3rd item.
The company do not reposed to phone calls, emails or SM messages but will obviously take you money.
The company appear to be owned by Net World Sports whose reviews can be found on TP and should act as a warning.
You can purchase through Amazon and that MAY given you some protection. I purchased direct and don’t believe I’ll see what I ordered ever arrive
They don't answer phone line. They do not respond to emails. They do not deliver the products within their stated deadlines e.g. my order now two weeks late and also incomplete. Also trade as Networld Sports
