am extremely dissatisfied with the…
am extremely dissatisfied with the appalling service I have received regarding what should have been a simple exchange.
After receiving an email clearly stating that I could take the trainers into your Livingston store and that the staff would sort the issue, I made a 30-minute journey specifically to resolve this matter. On arrival, I was then told that the store could not help me and that I would have to send the trainers back via DHL instead.
This is completely unacceptable. Your email provided inaccurate and misleading information, resulting in a wasted journey, wasted time, and unnecessary expense. Had I been informed correctly from the outset, I would never have travelled to the store.
To make matters worse, all I wanted was a straightforward exchange for the next size up, as the trainers are now too small for my child. Instead of resolving the issue immediately in-store, I have been forced into a lengthy return process, leaving my child without school trainers in the meantime. This situation could and should have been dealt with on the spot.
The lack of communication and consistency between your customer service team and your store staff is unacceptable. Customers should not be expected to waste their time because your company cannot provide accurate information or honour the instructions given in its own emails.
I expect a full explanation as to why I was advised to visit the store when the store was unable or unwilling to assist, and what steps you intend to take to resolve this matter. At the very least, I believe an apology is warranted for the inconvenience, wasted journey, and the unnecessary disruption caused to my family.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me with very little confidence in your customer service.
Very disappointed with Foot Locker Bristol City Centre (Shop ID 3104218)
I visited the store on 30 May 2026 looking for advice on the best shoes for my needs. I explained what I was looking for and relied on the recommendation of the store manager, who I believe was named Olivia. Based on her advice, I purchased the Nike Pegasus Premium Air/Zoom for £189 and was assured they were the best option for my intended use.
Unfortunately, after wearing them for a short walk the following day, I experienced severe pain around my ankles in fewer than 1,000 steps. The discomfort was so bad that I had to remove the shoes and walk home barefoot. Since then, I have been unable to wear them again.
On 7 June 2026, I returned to the store hoping to exchange them for the Clifton 10, which was the pair I had originally considered before being advised to buy the Nike Pegasus Premium. My request was refused because the shoes had been worn, despite there being no visible damage and only minimal use.
What made the situation worse was the attitude of some staff members. I felt uncomfortable due to whispering and behaviour that made me feel judged and as though my concerns were not being taken seriously.
I understand that stores have return policies, but when customers seek and follow professional advice for an expensive purchase, there should be some consideration when that advice results in a product that is clearly unsuitable. I am now left with a £189 pair of shoes that I cannot wear and no willingness from the store to help resolve the issue.
Overall, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in Foot Locker. I left feeling disappointed, out of pocket, and unsupported as a customer. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

Don't even think about returning that product, getting a refund takes forever.

Bought from here as they are the only place who had my size in what I wanted.
The processing and shipping times are absolutely shocking. Other companies have it sent out same day, these take 3+ days to even dispatch then use a terrible courier which takes even longer. Beyond a joke.
Parcel Marked as Delivered but Never Received
I am disappointed with my experience ordering from Foot Locker.
My order was marked as delivered, but I never received the parcel. After contacting both DHL and Foot Locker, I received conflicting information and had to spend considerable time following up on the issue before being informed that the parcel had been lost.
While the matter was eventually resolved, the process took much longer than expected and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, Foot Locker should seriously consider reviewing its delivery partners to help prevent similar situations for other customers.
As someone who shops online regularly, this is the first time I have experienced an issue like this. Unfortunately, this has affected my confidence in ordering from Foot Locker again.
The team in queensgate are fantastic!!!
“I had a terrible experience with Foot…
“I had a terrible experience with Foot Locker’s customer service. I called them and spent over an hour on the phone as they promised to help me with my reward points. They said they would create a ticket and get back to me, but after that, they went completely silent. No updates, no follow-up—just ignored me. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be shopping with them again.”

I placed an order on May 15
I placed an order on May 15, 2026. Still waiting for pickup. I can’t get on chat. Phone calls cut off the call after an hour wait.
I emailed them only to receive an email from a non trusted source. Plus the email content was ridiculous. Foot Locker is scary.
Their courier in the UK (DHL eCommerce)…
Their courier in the UK (DHL eCommerce) is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced.
I will never order from foot locker again just because of the courier they use.
Your best bet is to go to the store or go to finish line or champs

Varun I Belfast Footlocker was the best service, extremely friendly. Gave us a warm greeting on entry. And found all our sizes highly recommended 👌
I ordered shoes and haven’t received…
I ordered shoes and received confirmation that they had shipped. However, the tracking information from FedEx hasn’t moved in the last week. Reaching out to customer service has been painful. The bots are less than not helpful and I was on hold to talk to an actual person and was hung up on after being on hold for an hour. The emails I’ve sent are not responses that are not helpful. I am frustrated to learn that I can’t even file a claim until FedEx has said they delivered it. I am afraid FedEx isn’t going to say anything and not I will be out $160.
I purchased a pair of Havana flip flops…
I purchased a pair of Havana flip flops from the Trafford store and was told I could return them unworn and with receipt within the 28 day policy which I did only to be told these were not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reasons, when I asked what he meant by hygiene reasons I was told they may have been tried on without socks so couldn’t be returned.
Who try’s flip flops on with socks and in that case if someone try’s on trainers with out socks does the same reason apply.
I was told the assistant was new who had told me I could return them and basically it was tough.Awful customer service experience and the manager who didn’t have a clue was about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard.I have reported the store to customer service and the matter is being investigated.
I will never shop there again there customer service is terrible .
Purchased a pair of trainers
Purchased a pair of trainers from the Broadway store Bradford and paid extra the the Crep 360 spray, had to take these back same week as the spray had stained the trainers. Whilst understanding they refunded me the trainers but forgot to refund what I had paid for the crep product which is £5.99, spoke to CS online and they say they don't do partial refunds. But the partially refunded me in store so who's in the wrong. You can judge a company by the CS attitude as things do go wrong and this should have been straightforward but the CS won't agree. So as a consumer I won't buy goods from them again.
You have to contact them for a refund
You have to contact them for a refund. They will put you to wait 2 weeks and then anither 3-10 days. Its unacceptable and its not a trusted company!

I wish I can put no stars
I wish I can put no stars, this people are so incompetent, I place an order for some expensive shoes, and the shoes came with Paint stains and Scratches, I did the return Online. They got the shoes. Four days later, so I called them to make sure that they sent me my new shoes with know no crashes, or damage. They told me that that they had received the package and that I have to wait from one to two weeks for them to check the shoes, and to send me the new ones. I waited two weeks. I got no response from them. So I called them and they told me that they are behind that I gotta wait again for 1 to 2 weeks. for me to get an answer. Don’t waste your money on these people. They are so incompetent. I asked for a refund and they told me that I still gotta wait for 1 to 2 weeks to get the refund😡😡😡
More options please!
Staff are pretty helpful but I feel liek they are lacking some stock, could have more options if possible.
