Wow... This is the place you shd get ur tickets for big games. Amazing service from Alex. We tried paying by card and explained our problems having flown from SA to the UK for the FA Cup Final. Alex sent her driver to meet us with the tickets and pay cash which they don't do. They accommodated us in every way. Updated us on a regular basis and was sympathetic. Issues the best tickets at 200 pounds each for the final... My comments are genuine Dickey R Naicker. KZN South Africa.

Do not deal with this company. Would not refund when
1st Spurs Arsenal game was postponed saying they had purchased the tickets then less than 48 hours before kick off said they couldn't get the tickets. I had taken time off work and train tickets. Eventually got refund over a week later. Not honest and unreliable.

It was great experience buying tickets from this website. I travelled from USA and and these guys went above to get me the tickets. I was late to pickup the tickets but they waited for me 🙏

Let down the night before the Spurs v Arsenal match on 12.5.22. Ignored numerous emails and I'll have to pay for flights and accommodation from Glasgow. First and last experience of dealing with this shambles of a company. Avoid at all cost!

Tickets came in the evening before the day of fixture. Entry to the stadium without any problems. Very nice place and view despite low cost tickets. Very good service.

Dreadful service. Travelled from abroad for Arsenal V Brighton with children and had bought 3 lower tier tickets at a huge price. No contact until the day before despite numerous calls and emails. Finally, the day before match, email saying problem with tickets and nothing only higher tier available. This is the scam. Tickets finally arrived but not the ones we paid a hefty price for. Obviously NO further contact despite emailing asking for refund in price difference. AVOID

I bought two tickets for Arsenal vs Brighton on 9th April 2022. I have been calling to ask for the tickets, they never answered the phone. I contacted them via chat several times and despite they said they were going to send the tickets via email before 9pm all the days I contacted them, tickets did not arrive on that days.

Eventually the tickets arrived on the very same day of the match and with the best seats possible! Initially I had given a bad review, but they proved that things can be changed for better!

I bought a ticket for Chelsea vs Brentford (02/Apr/2022). I received it one day before the match via email (e-ticket), with clear instructions about how to get into the stadium (dos and donts). Having read those instructions, it was very easy to enter the stadium, and i got a 1st row seat. I will definitely buy on this website next time.

All went as explained, and very smoothly.

Watched the chelsea vs newcastle game and had an amazing experience. As I‘m not from the UK and travel to London once a year to visit a chelsea game, I thought to myself this time I‘ll get a lower tier seat.I watched the game only 10 meters away from the side line !

I wouldn't buy tickets from this company ever again.

I bought 3 tickets for the Arsenal Leicester City game as a birthday treat for myself and two teenage sons. A couple of things to be mindful of.
Firstly if you need to make any advance journey bookings for travel then be mindful that you have no guarantee the tickets will turn up.
Secondly, you would assume that when you have the tickets things should be ok and that access to the stadium would be easy. For us it wasn't, of the 3 tickets I bought (for a lot of money) only 1 worked, the other 2, which my sons had, wouldn't let them in the ground. So the scenario was that I was inside and they weren't. Not good, I provided FTH with my sons mobile number but they didn't contact him, instead they contacted me via WA and sent me the same tickets, we tried again to get access, they still didn't work. The steward saw the growing frustration and let them both through which was lucky to say the least. Anyway it was all revealed after we found our seats there was two other people sat in them with the same tickets, same row, and same seat numbers. That explained why 2 of my tickets didn't work. So we then had to try and find other empty seats and hope and pray that no one turned up for those seats.

So I paid for three seats at an inflated price to be together, which I never got, I sat nervously for the first half of the game not knowing if any of us would be removed from the ground. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had when buying tickets for matches and I would never buy from these people again, completely ruined my birthday treat.

Alex helped me get the best seats for Liverpool vs West Ham game. All I had to do was just place the order online. Rest was taken care of by him. I am really glad I placed the order with them. It'll now be my every time place!

P.S.: It's a genuine review for anyone who wants to buy tickets. I was hesitant too, but Alex assured and he patiently answered all of the questions I had. He got me the seats he promised! And it was all so smooth!
