I was charged twice for a charity…
I was charged twice for a charity donation to Football Aid. Had I not checked my EE account I would never have known. When I tried to call they hung up on me. I called EE whos said that I had to contact them directly. When I tried again their voicemail was full? This was just 10mins later. I emailed and they said that EE had contacted all customers telling them there had been a tech error. The person I spoke to at EE knew nothing about that. Charities need our support but this is just damaging to them!!
