Another Screwed up System.

Multiple ways I have tried to put in my USA Mobile phone and the system informs me that The phone number must be a mobile number. I don't know what these people WANT. I KNOW MY OWN PHONE NUMBER. They don't NEED a phone number, they are provided with my EMAIL.

Fnactickets.be, super service!

I was looking for some tickets of Celine Dion, but because there were too many people on the website, I couldn't access the website. So I decided to call the customer service of Fnac tickets, in just 5 minutes I spoke to a friendly person that helped me to make my order for Celine Dion. So no waiting time for me to get my tickets :). For delivery, they asked me the question if I wanted to redraw my tickets at a Fnac store or to receive them by post mail. I chose the option post mail and received them two days later.
I'm really happy that they helped me and I can go to the concert of Celine Dion :).

Fnactickets.be didn't deliver ticket in time for concert (and could not be contacted)

At Thursday October 13, 2016 I've bought a ticket, online, for a concert on Sunday, October 23, 2016. Ten days in between and no possibility to buy an e-ticket shouldn't be an issue. Normally. But not when it comes to fnactickets.be .
Even though they guarantee a timely arrival of all tickets ordered more than 8 days before concert date, they've not been able to get me my ticket in time. Most likely because they sent it too late. They didn't ship on the next day, but four days later.... and as result: on Friday, two days before the concert, still no ticket received.
All 9 (!) attempts to get in contact with their customer service were in vain. They don't answer the two phone numbers of their website, but make you listen to a voicemail instead. No call back when you leave a message. No reply when you send them an email. No valid phone number for the ticketcenter in Antwerp, even though fnac-website mentions one.
If it were up to fnactickets.be I wouldn't have been able to attend the concert.
SHAME on fnac for this utter lack of service and their incompetent logistics. They should switch to e-ticketing as most ticket vendors already did.
