A company deserving nothing but praise.
I should have written a review of FM Hearing Systems long since, and can't understand why there aren't any reviews on Trustpilot already. There are reviews on FM's own website, all of which heap justified praise on them, but I thought it worth adding comments - which are also offering nothing but praise - on this independent site. My dealings with FM started nearly 3 years ago, when they gave me sound advice on purchasing the Phonak Roger system from them, to boost the coverage of my hearing aids, at meetings or functions, or simply when listening to music. Their service is superb, in speed and efficiency. They have tweaked my devices for no charge and respond to queries within minutes. If only there were other companies who maintained standards at anything like this level. All the team should be proud of where they work.
