While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Do not use this moving company

Absolutely the worst moving company we have ever dealt with — and we have moved more than 15 times internationally.

They damaged multiple pieces of furniture, destroyed picture frames, and even crushed expensive fabric ceiling lamps — despite us explicitly warning them about fragile items. The level of care was nonexistent. It was reckless.

We documented the damage immediately at delivery and filed a claim on site, exactly as their own staff instructed us to do.

From that moment on, they have done everything possible to avoid responsibility.

They ignore emails.
They ignore calls.
We went to a “head office” that effectively does not exist.
And now they have blocked our phone numbers.

Blocked. Our. Numbers.

Instead of taking responsibility for obvious, documented damage, they are attempting to exhaust us and hope we give up.

We escalated the case to ARN — and they are still denying the issue, even though the damage was acknowledged during move-in.

This is not incompetence. This is deliberate avoidance and unacceptable business conduct.

If you value your furniture, your time, and your sanity — stay far away from this company.
