The after sales service is terrible. If they cancel your ticket, they will not provide you with any service.The plane itself is awful, dirty, stinky, they don't even give you water to drink.

I wanted to cancel or reschedule a flight. There is neither a call center for Germany nor any real alternative way to get in touch. When I tried to do it via the website, it kept showing a transaction error and told me to try again later. The chatbot assistant kept crashing as well. I am very dissatisfied and will never book a Pegasus flight again
24hr delay in Instanbul - not yet received any communication
I was travelling from Instanbul to Edinburgh and there was a 24hr flight delay. I was travelling to Edinburgh from Abu Dhabi and missed the connecting flight due to "operational issues". I have yet to hear anything back from the company despite numerous emails and webchat activity. PLEASE AVOID THIS AIRLINE!!!

Our flight was delayed from Dubaï more than 1h and we had a connexion in Istanbul to Paris (1h20), but as our first flight was delayed we missed our second flight by 2 minutes only. They didn't even try to help us, to be organized by letting people with connexion to exit the plan first... So we missed our plane because of their delay ...
Then was a big mess and adventure to get our new boarding pass for the next flight ... No compensation no voucher to eat or drink during those 3h of waiting in this expensive airport where everything is more than 10€, I have never experienced this before with all the trips and airlines companies we did.
Would never travel with this company again even if the price is cheap is not acceptable and no professional at all... They need to change everything and to train their staff because they were even more lost than us ...
One star is already too much for them, they deserve nothing !!!!

Despite the cancellation of my flight, I have not received any clear explanation so far, and the ticket fare has not been refunded. I lost my tickets because nowhere and by no one was it stated that a passport must be valid for at least 6 months to travel to Abu Dhabi. The staff were not friendly at all — they were rude, nervous, and showed no respect toward customers. They were slow and did not provide adequate or polite explanations or information.
There was a huge crowd at the counters; we waited for over 1 hour, even though 8 counters were operating. Additionally, they did not allow a name change on the tickets, even though the flight was still 6 days away. On top of that, the next scheduled flight was delayed by almost 2 hours.
It was a terrible experience, especially since I had to endure all of this with a baby. There was no internet or Wi-Fi anywhere, not even at the airport. To make the journey even worse, the baby stroller I was given was completely wet from the rain, and my suitcase was also broken.

On this flight at Sphinx Airport, I was scammed by airline staff. When my luggage was weighed, the excess weight was 12 kg, and they charged me $500. When I told them I would pay by Visa card, they didn't have a card machine. It's impossible for a major airline these days not to have a card machine. They took me to the airport bank, and I paid the $500 into the hands of the staff after threatening to cancel my flight. What kind of logic is this?

2. Next flight from Sabiha to Antalya, guess what? CANCELLED.
3. Left stranded at Sabiha, no food, no water they haven’t even shown 1% empathy or respect to us.

I travelled on the 22.01.26 to Istanbul,then on to Hurgada.I decided to treat myself to lunch from the in-flight menu,I thought as going on holiday I would treat my and went for the Chicken Schnitzel and a small Coca Cola for 22 euros,the schnitzel was bone dry I can only imagine from reheating and wouldn't even cut with the cutlery I tried eating some of it but it was disgusting and inedible,I ate two small pieces and the food kept coming back on me the whole flight.What I did notice that No other passengers were buying anything even sandwiches on a long flight? I Can Say Honestly it was the worst in-flight I have ever tasted!
On waiting for my Connection to Hurgada I vomited twice,but to top it all upon take off we suffered turbulence and had to remain seated for over 35 mins I felt I Was going to be sick again and asked Borsa the only female member of the Cabin Crew if I could get a glass of water , the answer was NO ,they only sell water and it is 3Euro a bottle. The worst manners and worst airline in the world, Buy Nothing in-flight it's Dog Food and Stale.

DON'T buy Seat for extra leg space. All seat are same
I bought seat for me and for my wife to have more leg space. While buying the seat, they had different space with different prices. I bought the middle range. I had about 8 hours flight so extra leg space was necessary.
What I found after get into the plane, every seat has the same space!
The space was very conjusted and uncomfortable.
I know it's a budget flight. My question is, if all the seat has same space, why are you selling them as with extra leg space?

It is the worst airline in the world. There is no food and water. If you want something to eat you need to pay extra when you are booking . My luggages lost that contains valuable things. I contacted them and finally they found my luggages but when I opened it I realised they stole my valuable staffs

Just awful. The website is a disaster. Utter disaster. Glitches, time outs, non intuitive, payment failures and more. Expect to waste 30 mins everytime you try and login.
You are well beneath the standard expected when people are booking and wanting to be able to check an international flight. Every time we use it's the same and I have brand new computer and Galaxy s25 all running latest software.

From Middle East to Europe with stop over in Istanbul... Upon arrival in Switzerland, 4 of my 5 luggage where broken (wheels and body)... Upon my return to Middle East, my Delsey luggage cracked open too...
Worst part is contacting their chat / online support... They don't help at all...
Now trying to resolve via chargeback with credit card...
