Excellent customer service team but...
I ordered the Rose Duo as a birthday present. Ordering was quite easy and all seemed good until DPD got involved who didn't seem to understand what next day delivery meant and perhaps you should handle flowers with care.
Flying flowers customer service team were brilliant and immediately sorted out my problems.
However one week on and one of the plants has shriveled up
Not really what I was expecting or hoping for.

…Don't buy Gladiolus
I cannot believe that the beautiful blooms my daughter received for her birthday arrived WITHOUT STEMS!
My daughter is very clever when it comes to arranging flowers, but she was at a loss to know what to make of her Birthday bouquet of stemless Gladiolus!! She was disappointed to say the least and I was furious when I arrived at her house for her birthday party.
PLEASE TELL ME WHY THE GLADIOLUS WERE MISSING A DECENT STEM.
I won't be in a hurry to order more from Flying Flowers.
However, the delivery was on time exactly and very well packaged.

Delivery on time by a very pleasant operative. The roses appeared to be excellent. However, even though the care instructions were carried out correctly, the roses never opened properly and have now died.

My flowers were meant to be delivered…
My flowers were meant to be delivered on Thursday 30th July .. They weren’t delivered until Friday 31st July.. The recipient had left to head home to Stornaway early Friday morning.. I hadn’t seen my friend in 20yrs & wanted to thank her with nice flower for her hospitality.. I’m disappointed that she never got to take her flowers home… If you promise next day delivery then you should do just that.. No email to say delivery wasn’t happening. I had to contact you to see what the delay was.. I felt really embarrassed after telling my friend’s mum they were getting delivered on the Thursday.. anyway, I guess you realise I’m not very happy with the service..
