It is a scam

I thought I was in the Vueling site. They charged my credit card for more money than I had accepted, they never indicated the "service" charge. I clicked to cancel the operation several times but they finished the charge anyway. I will try to cancel the operation as soon as possible. It is indeed a scam.

Total scam company.

This company does not want to improve. They have a great scam, money for nothing. I thought i was on Google flights which would take me direct to vueling but I was scammed by this company into paying 40% more for my flights. I clicked pay 128.25 euros and then recieved a notification saying i had paid 172.45 euros. I was at no point informed there was a service charge. At the vueling site I would only pay the 128.25 euros. The site I was on had vueling in a large bright logo with flygos logo being dim and small in the left and corner. Fuming

Full scam - booked and paid for nothing?

Booked and paid for a return flight Rome-Marseille. Only received a text email with a 'reservation number' that does NOT mention any flight information, saying a confirmation would be shared between 20 minutes to 14 days. No mention of contact info or links. 15 Days later another text email saying confirmation will come asap. Actual flights are now 3,5 weeks away. Emails are bounced back, phone numbers don't work / go unanswered. I have contested the charge with my credit card company and bought a (more expensive...) flight directly via RyanAir. What a shit show

Worst travel agency

Worst travel agency, initially booked as per my travel plan, last minute changed whole plan with worst airlines plus 100 GBP extra fare.
Rating even 1 also not deserved.

!!FRAUD!

!!FRAUD!! I booked a round-trip flight through Fly Go Voyager, and it was one of the worst travel booking experiences I’ve ever had. The total price I paid included high service fees, that weren't disclosed ,and I received zero customer service in return. They do not have a working phone number , and trying to reach them by email or online form is a dead end — no responses at all.
To make matters worse, I later discovered I could not manage my reservation directly with the airline because Fly Go Voyager had blocked access. This left me completely in the dark if anything changed with the flight.

It feels like they intentionally make it impossible to resolve issues or get help, and based on other reviews I’ve seen, this is not an isolated incident. I’m sharing this review to protect other travelers — do NOT use Fly Go Voyager SCAM!!

I don't recommend buying a ticket from here !!!

If everything goes without problems you will probably be satisfied about their services, but if something is not going well, the problems begins.
In January I bought a plane ticket and now it's April and I still haven't received my refund after they canceled my ticket. I must to mention that the refund must be made within 30 working days, according to their terms and conditions.
Just a few hours after I bought the ticket, I received an email in which it was mentioned that my flight was no longer valid. I was in a delicate situation because my family had to get to a funeral and my budget is modest. I contacted them and they told me that my flight was canceled, I quickly booked another flight, but the one they told me was no longer valid was still on the platform. I understood that they are not a serious company and I bought a ticket from another platform without any problems.
I contacted them again at the beginning of March and was told that they would issue an urgent order to the accounting department, but a month has passed since then and still no results, so I see no other solution than to win my rights in court.
In conclusion, from my point of view this platform is not trustworthy, it lacks seriousness and transparency.
Use another platform, I repeat they are not trustworthy and I do not recommend it !!!

Slow service, inexistent customer support, a scam.

I paid Fly Go to reserve a plane ticket (Ryanair)for 21st October flight at the start of September. For more than a month, the only reassurance I got was that my reservation was getting processed.

This is an assumption but this is why I think this is a scam. First, you cannot ask for a refund when you cancel no matter the reason. They did book my ticket (October 17th) but it was very late (flight is 21st), I had nothing for more than a month and I couldn't contact their customer support at all. So I already bought another one (gotten directly from airline's site on 10th Oct) and I ended up having with two tickets.

I contacted Ryanair that I had duplicate booking. The thing is they could only refund the second ticket (which is the one this agency booked brcause they were very late) even though I paid them much earlier in September.

So I paid Fly Go and Ryanair is refunding them for the double book but I get nothing after I waited so long and couldn't contact their support at all because of their no refund policy.

I also needed to be verified that I was the customer which was a whole set of other problems.

Book your flight directly from the airlines' site and just avoid this agency altogether.

CONSUMER THEFT BY FLYGO!

CONSUMER THEFT BY FLYGO!
There are many ways that communication can go wrong. But outright theft is something that I have never run into before. Not until doing business with FLYGO!
Unfortunately I had funds stolen from me and put into Is an account called ARS Travel, an air travel company.
I booked a hotel, the total came to $531. There was no aspect of flight included in my purchase, just a hotel stay.
S h a y n e was the representative for FLYGO. He tacked on an additional two hundred dollars. Upon asking him why that cost was attributed to me. He said it was for taxes on the hotel room.
He sent me a form to fill out stating that I gave permission for him to remove the funds from my account. Foolishly, I did sign.
Then I realized that $200 for taxes on a $531 bill had major suspect issues.
I immediately contacted Shayne, through email, text and telephone.
He would not respond.
He had booked the hotel through Bookings.com. I reached out to them and they immediately returned my $531, because the transaction was fraudulent,
I followed up by calling FLYGO repeatedly. Eventually, I was able to get hold of one of the supervisors, ANTONIO GOMEZ.
I was issued an email from FLYGO Promising to refund the $200 within 7 to 13 business Days.
When the credit did not appear on my charge card. I called a dozen times, trying to reach a supervisor. Each time I was told that I would get a call back. Never once did I get a return call.
I also called ARS TRAVEL directly. No one would call me back nor would they refund my money.
Keep in mind that I was never taking a flight.
Check your
Credit cards if you do business with this FLYGO company!!
They are in the business of Fraudulently charging their customers.
The entire experience has been so negative.
I am now in the process of making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well. As to my state's attorney general.
BE WARNED. THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES!
