I purchased a shower tray & Screen, toilet seat, tap. Unfortunately a couple of the items were out of stock via the manufacturer. Flush explain this within 24 hours of ordering, Offered me alternative products (which were fine), But I stayed with the originals, Informed me again on possible delivery from the manufactures. ............ Thanks for the help :)

Great shower at a great price. Delivery was slightly longer than expected but was not a problem

Terrible would give no stars if I could. Disaster after disaster so cancelled my order and now can't get my money back. Avoid

excellent service, speedy delivery, and great prices

Taps delivered direct from manufacturer. Arrived with base screw missing, but manufacturer rectified. Took a little longer than anticipated for delivery, but overall very pleased with the products.

Very quick delivery but arrived damaged. Cistern cracked and piece broken off. Had to contact by email and send photos, and new cistern arrived/broken one collected within two days. Perhaps as this is not the first time someone has reported this problem, they should re-think their packaging.

This is the second time we are ordering with Flush Bathrooms. They have a wonderful customer service. No doubt in that. I would suggest them to update the stock information for the products online. We ordered online a toilet, basin combination furniture. Once payment has been done, say after a couple of days got a call from Flush Bathrooms that the item is out of stock. If that have been properly updated, then it would have saved the time for us.

Good supplier. Kept informed of delivery. Would use again.

Decent collection of designs and budgets to choose from. But I think website could do with upgrading as many essential measurements are missing which I needed to help me decide for small ensuite design. Happy with what I got though.
Downgraded to 4 stars though because of no communications with couriers. Once bought you are in the hands of the courier company depending on where your item is being shipped from, more than likey to be more than one, and left with no advance notice of date or time. Flush Bathroom customer service is very polite and helpful to their limit, but I think it would be good to have continuing communications with Flush rather than passing on to shipping companies. I had one shipment with less than 8 hours notice of delivery so had to make very quick arrangements to sign for it and be in.

ordered a shower door good price and delivery better than most, arrived as stated and would use again. Door not fitted yet but looks great.

An order was taken, money received and then we heard nothing. Finally, called to see where our items were. The delivery company is rubbish. They gave me a time slot, never showed up until the next day when I was not home. We had to reschedule and they didn't show up on time again, until several hours later. I would give Flush a good rating except for the delivery company chosen. Maybe they need to get a different company.

Second time using Flush. First time round there were delivery issues, but Flush sorted these quickly. Unfortunately not going smoothly this time. Items arrived badly damaged and some did not arrive at all. However, we have found Flush customer services quick to respond to issues in the past so we are hopeful everything will be resolved quickly.

I have bought a toilet seat from this company to replace other one bought via ebay for £10. I have chosen Premier Round Thermoplastic Toilet Seat Soft Close Quick Release for £ 23.41 reduced from more then £40.
So, I've expected very good quality and I was happy to made good deal.
After 7 days finally I received a parcel and ... you wouldn't believe it I received exactly the same toilet seat which I have bought from ebay for £10.
I have asked for a refund and after few mails and chats I've get a refund. It's took more then two weeks and cost my a £5 (non refundable) to sent it back.
I am strongly not recommended this company.

I wanted replace cheap toilet seat bought via ebay for 10 quid. That's why I have looked for a new one. I have found on your website Premier Round Thermoplastic Toilet Seat Soft Close Quick Release for £ 23.41 reduced from more then £40 and I bought it.
I was waiting a week (Amazon sends next day in London the same day) and I have get exactly the same cheap toilet seat which I bought from e bay. For refund I was waiting more than two weeks and I have to ask few times.
In conclusion :
Your company promise a good quality, but instead sells cheap item.
Waiting time for delivery is not acceptable this days. (or maybe you have bought on ebay for £10 and sold to me for £23.41, anyway nice try)
Waiting time for a refund is non acceptable ( more than two weeks)
Asking for refund few times (sending mails and Internet chat) terrible bad.
Advised and promised Premium quality item, then sold a cheap and poor quality item, that's cheating.
So good luck with the business.
I am still strongly not recommend this company.

Great service from Flush. When I rang to query one of my items I was extremely impressed with the customer service that I received. I would happily use this company again.
