-Evening of 13.04.26: Ordered a flower bouquet for CHF 80.00 to be delivered to my moms address in Croatia the next day for her birthday. I chose the option delivery on the 14.04.26 between 09h00-14h00.
-Evening of 13.04.26: I got an e-mail that the order has been confirmed.
-14.04.26 / 10h40: Got an e-mail from the customer service with the information that the chosen flower bouquet for some reason isn't avaible. They sent me a picture of another flower bouquet in completely different colours and asked me to respond to the e-mail with the text "YES" if I agree with the flower bouquet in the picture.
-14.04.26 / 10h52: I've sent the customer service a picture of a flower bouquet which looks more similar to the bouquet I have ordered in the first place and asked whether this one can be sent.
-14.04.26 / 10h56: Received the response from the customer service that this bouquet isn't avaible as well and that basically only this one bouquet is available that they have recommended to me (funny, online you'll able to choose between HUNDREDS of flower bouquets, but in reality, there's only 1 single bouquet available!!!)
-14.04.26 / 11h20: Order definitely confirmed.
-14.04.26 / 13h35: Received again an e-mail of the customer service with the following text:
"Your order has been cancelled - Order id 396769
We sincerely apologize that your order has not been processed correctly due to unforeseen logistical issues.
we will refund you in full.
Please accept our apologies for this, we hope we can serve you better next time.
Please be advised that the refund process normally takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on the bank involved. If the amount has not appeared, please contact your bank directly. Thank you.

This is the biggest scam I've ever experienced.
This company discussed the details of the flower delivery the WHOLE DAY with me, only to tell me at 13h35 (25 minutes BEFORE the latest delivery time) that the order has been canceled - without giving any reason.
And now I’m left without a birthday present for my mother.
I could have used all that time to arrange a new flower delivery with another flower delivery provider.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!
