This is the worst customer service…

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered two pair of shoes. One arrived within 2 weeks. They weren’t really my style so I sent them back which cost 25€. The other pair hasn’t left the shop so I wrote them to stop the process because I don’t want the shoes anymore. They said it is not possible. After another 2 weeks the second pair still hasn’t arrived so I wrote them again. They said that they stopped the process and that they would send back my money. This was 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my money back! I ordered those shoes 2 months ago!!! And by the way it always takes them 4-5 days to answer on a simple email.

I had such an incredible experience…

I had such an incredible experience with Flower Instincts. I ordered the BOOTED GOAT HEALY BLACK shoes and absolutely fell in love with them—the craftsmanship, design, and quality of the material are genuinely impressive.
Even though I missed the return deadline, their team was so understanding and made an exception for me, which I truly appreciated. The whole process was handled smoothly, with clear communication and real care.
It’s rare to find a brand that combines such great products with equally outstanding customer service. I’m genuinely grateful and would highly recommend Flower Instincts to anyone.

Fast shipping

Fast shipping, super cute shoes & great communication from the company! The only downside was the high shipping import charges I recieved from UPS a few days after since the package shipped from France to the US :( Other than that, great shoes & they gave me a free shirt, love it!

Would not recommend

Sizing was awful. Paid so much money to ship the items from France to the UK. Just for the sizing to be 2 sizes bigger than the size advertised. Messaged in the chat function, got no reply, sent an email, got no reply. Bad customer service, bad sizing, would not recommend.

Regarding sizing: all sizes shown on our website strictly match the size indicated by the brand on the product. To help customers choose as accurately as possible, we provide a precise size chart on each product page. This size chart is designed to guide customers toward the best possible fit and is an essential reference before ordering. We strongly recommend following it carefully, as we do not adjust or reinterpret sizing ourselves.

Concerning shipping costs from France to the UK: these fees are set by the carrier and depend on the destination, weight, and post-Brexit logistics. Unfortunately, we are not able to take them on.

About customer service: after checking our records, we do not find any message or order linked to your name. We never ignore customer requests, but without identifiable information, we are unable to respond. As a small independent team, we do our best to answer every message we can properly identify.

Please note that you still have the option to return your order in accordance with our terms and conditions if the sizing does not suit you.
