I would give a zero if allowed. This company is likely a scam, and anyone considering purchasing from them should beware. I not only did not receive the correct item as I ordered it; but also found out afterward that the company considers shoes and accessory and "accessories EVEN SHOES will not be refunded or exchanged"...check out their extremely LONG, fine print regardind their return policy. No caution or red letter note near or around the web page where one shops for shoes. I failed to check Trustpilot regarding their business...no reveiw, even, since 2017. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Superb Flower Girl Dress, so very pleased with the quality, satin material & pearls/diamonds, made so very well. A joy to receive such an excellent product, excellent liaising with Jenny, Customer Service and arrived a lot faster than expected less than 10days!! And we live in England!! UK :))))
Our parcel arrived today and i have to email to say a big “Thankyou” for such a Beautiful dress, its a perfect fit and looks amazing. My son and daughter-in-law to be are over the moon with dress, simply fabulous.
May i say again thank you for your for support and excellent service, we really appreciate it and also how quickly the dress arrived, just perfect.
