Worst company I’ve ever dealt with the…

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with the customer service was not helpful in any way. The flowers were not the right order . The flowers were days late and when they came they weren’t presentable as a gift at all. Do not use this service if you want quality flowers for your loved ones.

I ordered a balloon arrangement that…

I ordered a balloon arrangement that did not arrive on the day of the birthday. It was incredibly disappointing. I had phoned the company earlier in the day to make sure they could deliver on a Sunday and they confirmed that they could. I later reached the customer service contact for this company and they told me that the florist was not open on Sunday. This company did not call me or email me to let me know the delivery would not be made. I had to have the request submitted for the following day, where it was finally delivered.

Total dissapointment.

I ordered flowers for my sister. They called me the next day saying that they needed an extra $19 in addition to the $13 they already charged us because they could not find a shop close enough to her home. When I ordered I was told it would be from a shop that was in the same city, not too far, from ,my sister's home. In addition they could not guarantee the flowers that we picked from the order and it was not going to be delivered on time.

Due Diligence is worth it

I usually do my check for legitimate companies before I place orders. I didn't do my due diligence with FlowerDelivery and I can see that I've made a mistake. I started getting concerned, because I should have a delivery sent to someone today. It's getting late and it hasn't arrived. I called for a status and when customer service answered the phone she answered "Hello". She corrected herself immediately (I think she forgot where she was). I had to ask was I calling FlowerDelivery? I hope my order gets delivered today. If it does I'll update this review. Looking at the others reviews, it's looks like there's a slim chance of that happening.

Update: .Delivery was never completed. Will dispute transaction with my credit card company. Company is a scam.

definitely a scam

definitely a scam. They never delivered the order. Sent me an email that it had been delivered. When I checked with the recipient, it was a lie. Tried to charge a $25. fee for their attempt to deliver, saying that they would refund the balance. Lied again. Stay away from them.

This company is a scam/fraud - AVOID

This company is an absolute scam, a fraud. The baskets they actually deliver have nothing to do with the ones advertised on their website. The pictures are fake! They put *much* cheaper products in the actual basket than the ones advertised, and they charge an arm and a leg for it. Avoid at all costs.

I am totally disgusted with the flowers…

I am totally disgusted with the flowers my friend received for her birthday on Friday! They look absolutely nothing close to what the picture showed! They was supposed to be white roses, carnation's, lilies with some purple spray and a beautiful blue vase. What she got, was mostly daisies with 2 lilies (one dead) and and a tiny bit of purple spray in a plain white vase! I wouldn't even pay $10 for something like that and my bill came to a total of almost $54! I wrote to them multiple times about what they are going to do about it and never got a response. This place is a total rip off!! DON'T USE THEM!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Potentially Fraudulent Seller - Avoid

Ordered flowers. Received no order confirmation whatsoever. Had to call and go through several menus to even find out what my order number was. Promised delivery on four different days, and still never delivered. Every day, they mentioned it was out for delivery, and just to wait one more day. Had to escalate to get my money back, and who knows if they will actually do that. Beware!

Literal garbage company

Literal garbage company. I got charged $80 for a small bouquet that was that expensive because I was paying for a same day delivery. I placed the order at 8am, called 3 times throughout the day to get updates on the order, and at 7pm when I called again they said “it will be delivered tomorrow.” I was obviously angry, and said I wanted my money back, and they placed me on hold for the manager “I waited 20 minutes and then they hung up.” Garbage company, garbage service and garbage representatives.

BUYER BEWARE! A SCAM SCAM SCAM

Same story.
Worst experience. Didn't guarantee next day delivery. Called back 1 day after delivery date to offer alternative products due to order product not in stock. When I wanted to cancel and get my money refunded, they only offered $10 just for me to negotiate an additional $5 so $15 total.
As of today, 3 days later, they said they will try to deliver it in the next 2 days but still no guarantee. How does a company make you pay the same price for an alternative that does have equal value?

I will stick with Edible Arrangements 😋

I was so disappointed after traveling 6…

I was so disappointed after traveling 6 hours for my aunts funeral to find that the flowers I had ordered from this sight (Just Flowers or Flower Delivery - they use different names) were not even close to what I ordered. Very scanty flowers, no easel as described, no banner with message which I had paid extra for! This was my mother's only sister and Mother asked me to take care of ordering flowers. I will NEVER use this service again. I sent a notification to Flower Deliver and left my information and they have not called. I have tried to call the phone numbers they have gave me previously and on their site - no answer on any of the three numbers. I feel like I have been scammed.

UNETHICAL BUYER BEWARE

I also only put ONE star because they don’t offer an option for ZERO!!

First and foremost these people operate under multiple entities and will contact you under multiple entities! flowerdelivery.com is where I ordered and justflowers.com is the customer service entity that contacted me when I complained.

The arrangement delivered was a sad misrepresentation of what was ordered.

Unfortunately I couldn’t post photos, which would have made anyone disgusted with what transpired and the solution offered.

The arrangement sent was of average size (like a basket you would sit in the center of your dining table at Thanksgiving), it doesn’t even look as big as the ‘Standard’ option for the arrangement I actually paid for! I understand substitutions but this was ridiculous! I could actually count the individual flowers that were in the arrangement delivered, none of which are flowers that were listed for this arrangement which were:
orange snapdragons and carnations, complimented with bright yellow spider mums and daisy pompons, amidst assorted lush greens

BUYER BEWARE BECAUSE THE SAGA CONTINUES!!!!

When I contacted customer service they gave me the runaround about how their policy states the florist may make substitutions. To ALL of the flowers? So I went to ‘said’ florist because I found it hard to believe that a FLORIST doesn’t carry CARNATIONS…. guess what, yes they had carnations, many colors!

When the company called again (this time a manager) she actually tried to say that it was because the arrangement I had chosen had blooms only in the front. SHE THEN ASKED, NOT IF I HAD, BUT IF I COULD GET A PICTURE OF THE BACK OF THE ARRANGEMENT TO PROVE HER POINT! Seriously? These were funeral flowers, which she was well aware of! I told her NO, I’m not going to call the grieving widow and ask her to take a picture of the back!! What kind of tacky, classless request is that! NOR, upon arriving at the funeral was I going to stroll around behind the CASKET and snap a selfie with the flowers in question!!!

What I CAN tell you all because I was tenacious enough to sit here and COUNT!! Was that the STANDARD $74.99 version of the PREMIUM $114.99 ($141.99 out the door) arrangement I ordered had
STANDARD: 12 Snapdragon stems, 12 Carnations, 6 large Spider Mums and 18 Daisy pompoms TOTAL 48 BLOOMS, with the statement that if I ordered the PREMIUM arrangement “We'll add lots more! The premium arrangement makes quite a statement.”
It made a statement alright ‘INSIGNIFICANT’
What I could count from the front and sides was the following on this (PREMIUM) arrangement: 2 Roses, 2 Chrysanthemums, 1 small Sunflower, and 1 Lilly stem with 2 open flowers right up the center. TOTAL 7 BLOOMS for both front and sides. I can guarantee there were just 2 or three or in back.
THESE ARE THE FACTS!!!

My guess is this company tries to underbid other companies and then uses the substitution clause to allow the florist to downsize and make an arrangement more economical for the florist.

Unethical business practices. Buyer beware.

AMATEUR FLORISTS.

These mental midgets must have started selling flowers last month. I placed an order that was to be delivered that day. Two days later I received an email claiming an issue caused delivery to be on the 3rd day. The following day, the moron called me and claimed a supply problem, and the order would be delivered the next day for another $20. These clowns tried to muscle me for more money. I told them I wanted a refund. I'm still waiting for my refund. Avoid this place!

Never order from this company

Never order from this company. They do not deliver on time, all they do is call every day they are late to apologize for not being on time. But they are rude if you complain and don't get me started on how long you have to wait on hold if you ask for a refund. THE WORST COMPANY EVER

DO NOT use flowerdeliver.com !!

I only put one star because there is no option for zero stars. I recommend that you never you this web site to order flowers. The flowers were never delivered and have spent countless hours on hold trying to get it resolved. I am now reading similar reviews. I too had to call my credit card company to file a dispute.

Not as ordered and three days late

The flowers were supposed to deliver on Saturday. On Monday, I called and was told there was no one open on the weekend and they would deliver that morning. At 5pm, I called to cancel and was told that they were already out for delivery. They did deliver around 530 ish. And although they were pretty, they were about 1/2 what I expected from the picture. I do not recommend, keep shopping.
