Issue with my order
I received confirmation delivery email, after contacting the recipient, the order was not there, although there was a contact number provided. The order was received more than 24 hours later and I don’t know where it was and what was the condition of it. I raised a complaint through the app and now it’s almost three days without any reply!? I will think twice before placing any future orders again!

Scammers. Do not ever order from here, their guarantee means nothing. WhatsApp number is a joke, they sent me the same copy pasted response twice in a row. They claim the driver had it for 4 hours and when you call or ask, they are extremely unhelpful and repeat themselves.

Awful service and customer service is terrible. They have a WhatsApp number but they don’t seem to want to help. Ordered flowers in advance of the 27th of March and they were delivered today the 21st? I don’t understand how they get delivered six days earlier and they are already wilting. It’s besides the point really. And the phone number is engaged and I don’t seem to get anywhere

The worst company to arrange a surprise, not delivered on time already 1 day delayed and still not received the gift. Customer service hotline is lying informing first of all that the item is unavailable, how can that be possible after the company confirmed delivery time and date?! Secondly company is now blaming the recipient who was not available according to floward Oman, however the recipient never received a call. Just be honest if you can’t deliver on time and stop lying you already ruined someone’s surprise!!! Such a shame and embarrassment this company. Definitely not recommending at all!!!!!

These are hands down the best flowers I’ve ever ordered, my wife was extremely happy with them! They looked amazing when they arrived but as they continued to flower over the next few days they transformed into something stunning. 5 days after arrival and they still look like fresh cut flowers.
