I was in urgent need of a car as mine was getting serviced after an accident. Luckily they had a car available for me but I must be honest, their customer service wasn't the best. The consultant was impatient and didn't know much about what I needed. Slightly dissapointed.

A car rental company is only as good as
its roadside assistance. Enterprise Rental Car rented me a car with 53,000
miles. On day 3 of my rental after driving a total of 13 miles, the car battery died. I was working 6 days straight of 12 hour days at a hospital. I spent several days struggling with Enterprise’s contracted roadside assistance. The struggle involved inability to communicate with foreign telephone operators, the roadside assistance called to help me was two states away….. and this went on for 24
hours before I received help. The replacement car reeked of cigarette smoke, had manual doors and windows, stained seats and was 5 years old. The story goes on but I have said enough.

Bad experience… old car

Called in asking for help with a Car. They did not have much availability and really overall was not the most accomodating!

Ended up taking a call with them and it done the job it was supposed to do :)

My car was scheduled for maintenance and my cousin told me about this car rental services. The cars were great, only the customer service was the minor flaw I could see.

I rented the car from this company while I was on my business trip. The office location is very convenient, it’s close to MIA Airport and AMTRAK station as well! By the time I got to the office, my car was already ready for me, the registration process was fast, great professional team I must say! I had a bad experiences before with renting cars from different companies, but this company is definitely worth to use! Great job!

The customer service was superb and the price are amazing. The gentleman Tommy was very attentively and respectful and friendly.

Great company and very reasonable prices!! Rented a nice Ford Fusion for our 7 day vacation , the car was nice and clean and the guys at the office were very friendly . Picked us up at the Airport and loaded our luggage and there was no hustle with the paperwork at all )) Also we got Two Free Miami T-Shirts as a complimentary gifts from the company. Will definitely rent my next car from these guys again when I am back in Miami this October !!!!
