While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Florence Tickets - Pisa tower tickets
I have booked tickets for Pisa tower with them and there was no phone number to contact them to change the date (at a cost) or be able to do it on their online website.
I had to buy separate tickets from Pisa tower ticket office as they were not able to make any changes to the reservation.
I have sent an email requesting a full refund and they said that they would refund 50% of the money only.
As we were not able to get in touch with them to resolve this issue quickly (or they do not have arrangements with Pisa tower ticket office to amend the tickets) I have asked them for a full refund due to their lack of response and ability to contact them.
It’s been 10 days since I first contacted them and after another email I managed to get this issue resolved.
Payed for free tickets
I recieved the vouchers I ordered, but when I changed them to tickets at the museum I was informed that admission was free on this day, and that I should ask for my money back.
I did, but never got any answer.
Futhermore I started to recieve spam to my brand new e-mail account after contacting Florence Tickets.
