I received my order in a reasonable amount of time, but I ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer service to initiate a return/exchange. They were very quick in responding, extremely helpful, and offered to send me a replacement in the correct size with no need to return the original! Best customer service experience I've ever had. Not just great customer service, but I absolutely LOVE the bra! It actually does what it says it does!! Very comfortable, super cute, and EXTREME push up with NO padding and NO underwire! 😍 Thank you Floral Secrets!!!

I thought this would be answer to my comfortable bra needs, but no. The size was about two cup sizes too small, despite the saying otherwise.
Trying to get a refund was like pulling teeth, kept getting offered a percentage of the refund and to keep the bra. What is the point in keeping something that's too small?
I had to ask about three times for the return address, before finally getting it, of course with another offer of a percentage of the refund and to keep the bra.
They seem to be all about the money, rather what their customers are requesting.

I cannot say enough good about this company! Not only are the bras gorgeous, their customer service is superb! Quick responses, professional and polite. In my error I ordered the wrong size bra. I reached out to see if I could exchange and was told they would just send out the correct size. Thank you so much! If you question whether to order or not, do so!
I do suggest sizing up one as I think the bras run smaller than your normal size.

Excellent customer service
I had ordered a bra from them, it took about a month to receive it. When I did get it, it was too small. I contacted customer service to try to exchange it out, they said no worries-keep it and we will send one that will fit. She communicated back and forth thru email helping me get my measurements right. She sends out a bra and I never receive anything. I waited a month and contacted them again. All tracking said it was delivered but I never received it. Not sure if it was delivered to the wrong place or what happened. So they send our ANOTHER one thru a different company and I received it in 2 weeks. This one fits perfectly and the ladies name was Kelly and she was amazing 💜

Very disappointed with product. Ordered my bra size. Band barely fits very very uncomfortable to wear. Cup size not even close to being accurate. I fell out every 5 minutes. After 2 hours it was actually painful to wear so took it off and went braless the rest of day. Very embarrassing for a 55yo with a size D cup. If you plan on ordering make very sure you size UP UP UP
Oh also they only except returns within 30 days of when you ORDER NOT RECEIVED so considering it took 2 months to receive the product I was S.O.L. From get go. So I have no bras and I’m out $70 bucks. BUYER BEWARE!!!
