Issues with Packaging
I have two problems to address
First of all the package did NOT have all of the item that I had PAID for , one item was missing
and secondly the condition that I received your products in with no box or wrapper or any packaging of sorts to conceal its contents is simply not acceptable , I feel so ashamed wondering “what if “
The delivery service too knew about the contents of this package ? What if one of my family members accidentally opened the package or felt it’s contents through the thin plastic ?

please give ur clients the care and due diligence they deserve and oh I would like a refund

Worst experience ever. Really disappointed never ever shopping again.no one responding against your query.

Very poor packaging. Stuff was jammed together in a plastic bag with no support for the padded wired bras.

I complaint against my order(you were supposed to send me 5 in quantities but I received only 3 items furthermore, I ordered medium size and received large size ) on the other hand, no one is responding against my complain now simply I can say i'am being deceived by you as customers are always present there for tolerating such losses and damages) , highly dissatisfied from your customer service.

Got a bra with transparent straps from here and I’m obsessed with it! Its so good for wearing under strappy tops and dresses and the perfect bra for summers. Also really good quality- been through multiple washes and still fine.

This site is total fraud. I ordered large size and they delivered medium.. I kept contacting for a month for refund and they didnt provide nor did they change the correct size.. They also kept displaying large as available on website. They become so innocent when bad reviews are posted and reply as if they have done nothing but they are complete fraud. Dont buy from them

I was sent all the wrong sizes for a pack of 7 panties that were ordered. Only 1 large and remaining were medium. My order clearly stated the size as large for all. I have not heard back from instagram page where I messaged and there is no way to reach out to customer service.

Great experience, I was confused about the size but it turned out to be perfect. Good qualityy 👍🏻

I want to change the size. By mistake I had ordered 32GG. I want to change it with 32F

The sizes mentioned on the website are not even true to size - not even close. I paid so much for a product and it didn't fix whereas my size was quite correct. Above all, the delivery was delayed for weeks.

Feeling scammed and ripped off . They sent me a Chinese bra that are retailing for around 700 pkr on Daraz even almost exactly similar ones . Further its even printed and VISIBLY OBVIOUS on bra itself that its made in China with its typical sizing guide on the inner strap .
They have attached a fake label of theirs with the lie Crafted in UK and retailing the product for 7X the original price 4500 pkr that is . Got it for around 2500 on "sale" that is non exchangaeble non refundable .

Very poor quality .. would never recommend it to anyone ..

Was very impressed with the packaging for my order. The products were soft and good quality.

worst customer service experience. No replies on Instagram after i wanted to exchange a product. will not be buying again.
