No stars
If possible, I would give no stars. I have several companies hosted by floppynet. All of them shut down. When I investigated I found that the sites had all been blocked. I tried to contact them, but they do not have a phone line or helpline. I opened a “ticket” to ask for help, but three days later I had heard nothing so I checked and found that it had been cancelled without anyone doing anything.
It maybe that the subscriptions ran out. I don’t know because I can’t contact them and they have given no reminders.
I try to contact them online, but I can’t even do that now as they don’t recognise my sign in. Well, my fingerprints have not changed and I have fingerprint recognition which worked last week.
Totally useless.

I am really sorry you feel this way Alan, I can see that all support tickets have been responded to within a matter of hours and there is a long stream of email notifications in your account.
Please do log back in to the Customer Portal and check the responses on your tickets for further guidance. You can also see copies of all previous emails and correspondence from within your account.
