Should I buy if company can't acknowledge enquiries
I have seen a carpet I like - I have sent 2 e mails to this company and to date have had no response. Would you order a carpet from a company without common courtesy ..................me neither

Have unfortunatley purchased a rug from these guys before Xmas to be told there 'might be a delay' but then was given an expected delivery of Tues 29 - Thurs 31st Decemer. When I emailed to check which day, I'm told "no, its 5th Jan, we are closed"! No apology, its all my fault because I can't read! Yet their MAIN website on google says they are open today from 9-5.30pm! Misleading at best, downright dishonest at worst. Rug hasn't even turned up and I'm dreading it. Clearly Customer Service is just not their thing.
Supplied Leoline PRO PU flooring
My fitters (15 years experience) couldn't fit it as it tore in their hands; they said they had never seen anything like it.
Floors4home (Burts Vinyl) said that this was normal and refused a refund on the basis that we had tried to lay it
The customer service department were uninterested and accused me of swearing when I said their service was "shockingly poor" - they put the phone down when I said that "shockingly" is not a swear word (I was perfectly calm with them).
When I told them that the sample didn't tear, they told me that they didn't supply the sample (even though it was a Leoline sample)
Shockingly poor service when things go wrong, terrible products
I was quoted £200 more for the same 18m2 piece of Cormar Sensations Heather carpet from a local, independent shop.
The website was very easy to use, I got an order confirmation immediately, then a payment receipt. The only irritation is that I didn't get a delivery confirmation, I had to call to check. Apart from that, no problems.
Carpet arrived wrapped (another website wanted to charge £10 for wrapping it!) and the delivery driver was happy to bring it into the house.
A local fitter charged me £50 to fit everything. In total, an 18m2 lounge cost £350 for underlay, carpet and fitting. I saved £200-250 for just one room.
I'm so glad I was suspicious when the local shop was offering me 20% off plus free underlay. I will definitely be buying online again, and this website will be the first port of call.
Highly recommended.
