we ordered the wrong flooring on line so we visited the showroom to sort a replacement and was looked after by Lily! she gave us all the information we needed as well as space for us to make our new choice…. she was smart, chatty and very trustworthy…and gave us reassurance we would receive our credit as soon as the incorrect stock was returned … which was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!. I honestly cannot give Lily and flooring365 a better review! we will definitely recommend to everyone we know !!

I don't recommend this seller, first of all they advertising free storage when they actually only holding your money, unfortunately the product which choose is poor quality

Chris from sales was absolutely brilliant, from the initial inquiry to making the final payment. He was very patient in answering my many, many queries and regularly checked in at every step of the process. He also gave great insights and advice on what accessories (i.e. door bars) would go best with our choice of flooring. Fantastic experience overall!

Helen was very helpful during the phone call, I’d ordered online and she arranged for an extra roll of underlay otherwise I would have been short. I can’t praise the driver enough, phoned before he arrived and was incredibly helpful in unloading the delivery into the garage.
