Nice product. Neat finish.
The videos are not very clear on how to twist and loop the cables.
The demonstrators hands are in the way and it is obvious he / she knows how to do it. It took a few tries to get this correct.
Maybe rethink about making them clearer.

Had a small issue with my zip code

Xbox looks great!
As a product this is great and my Xbox looks great! This website could be improved and querying your order made clearer for your customers. There were issues with shipping with no explanation and I felt like I was getting nowhere and ready to cancel BUT the CEO Stephanie emailed me directly to apologise and rectify the issue. Not only did she ensure I received what I ordered, I received it for free. It deserves 5* because it was human error and she handled it great.

Shield Mount Too Small
I bought a mount for my nvidia Shield. When it did eventually arrive the string was to small and doesn't fit the device. 3 holes in the wall and kit not mounted. Emailed the company but no reply yet.

Wish there was a little slack when it came to putting on cords.

The product is incredibly simple but effective. However, the basic customer service for online shopping is always provide a tracking number. I didn't get one so I wasn't sure when I would expect my shipment. Other than that everything was perfect.
