Having bought a set of knives for my son in law there were a lot of security to go through to enable me to buy them. When I wanted to buy a set for myself I thought it would go through easily. However, it took me at least 3 attempts having been refused and email contact with the company for the sale to finally go through. Despite some frustration I was impressed with the security.

We recently ordered some knives which arrived quickly and were their usual high standard. We also needed replacement wheels for our knife sharpener which also arrived in a timely manner and were easy to change over.

First class knifes bought for both our sons who love them the chicken scissors are really excellent.

I am a huge fan of Flint and Flame, especially their Professional range (I like the black handles!). And this knife did not disappoint. The wooden handled ones also make excellent gifts (don't forget to give a coin with them!) as they can come in a great presentation box.

As I have said before ordering a knife and having it arrive promptly is not a "great" experience. But in this day and age it appears that the level of service that was taken for granted now has to be hyped up and as I do not wish to do F&F down I have given a 5Star review.but it was nothing special

Delivered on the date / time as advised, and the set of knives are in a nice presentation/storage box.

The knife is of superior quality although the law imposes hoops for us to jump through finding our identity papers!
