Bought an add-on, impossible to download. It took them 2 months to answer my refund request asking me the order number, which I gave them, then... NOTHING! Hiding to run from their responsibility for customer satisfaction. That's what I call thieves.

still no respond from the company regarding my missing purcase in july 2018:
Many say the company is shutdown , but the homepage is still up and go and i can see they have change the prices on many thing, including the thing i have purcased...
Don't use this company its so bad and they just steel your money..

Slow updating titles
VERY slow (last of the major resellers) to make available any updates from developers. Highly advisable to obtain titles from the developer directly or other reseller even if it means a few more dollars in order to future-proof yourself. Customer service can be lacking but usually good

The download speeds are very poor on this site. One file 4.5 gb aparently takes few days to download.
Im giving 1 star as this is 3 rd day waiting on chatt for help for hours.
Wouldnt shop there again.
