Flightsandfly 

A friend introduced me to Flights and Fly as she had been traveled with them in the past. In fact, she put a call to the company on my behalf and Maria gave me a call on Monday, 02/11/2016. she sent email details of the flight itinerary and cost and asked me to pay the full amount in their HSBC account on the same day. I did this immediately and one week later today I have not received my e-ticket. Also, emails to Maria have not been responded to and the company has not been answering their phone for 1 week now.
Does anyone know how I can get a hold of this company or get in touc with Maria?

My husband wanted to change the date on his emirates ticket, the company charged £410 for the date change, worse still, we couldn't pay with our debit card, they insisted on payment into their bank account. I will not want to deal with this sort of fraudulent company, whose after sales care is a nightmare.

Been a customer of this company for almost 4 years, never had any problems, always get good services and specially recommend agent Maria, who goes out of her way to sort out whatever she can to make sure a customer gets the best service.

I have gotten some excellent service by booking my flight through 'Flights and Fly'. The reservation agent Maria was most wonderful in providing the needed guide and relevant information. She has good telephone manners and I liked the personalised contact I received with her calling me 'dear' (laughs). Thanks Maria you'll be seeing a lot more of me because I think I've found my one stop travel shop.

I always face massive difficulty to find flight to Pakistan within my schedule and budge. But this time, Thanks God I find flights and flight Ltd to buy a ticket. From first call to finalize my ticket for Pakistan, company consultant Miss maria help me on each and every step. She save my lot of time, before I have use to with other travel agents. Being a company representative she guide me very positively. I feel great proud to select flights and fly Ltd.
In short, I have experience of excellent and great customer service.

Flights and fly were very helpful in my dealings with them for long haul flights and connections, i thought the level of service was excellent and Maria my consultant at flights and fly was very friendly and keen to help.

I booked a flight with them in September to go to Lagos on 16th December. I received a call on the 3rd December to say that the flight had apparently been re-routed by the airline and would have to make a stop-over in Abuja before flying to Lagos. I checked with the airline to confirm that this was the case; the airline said that there had been no change to the flight schedule.

After multiple conversations with the agent, it transpired that he had not booked my ticket and that the ticket he had sent me back in September was in fact a fake. He then tried to cover this up by inventing the re-routed flight story in the hopes that I would simply accept this and he could issue me a new ticket.
I have demanded that they rectify the situation but as yet this has not happened, and the agents refuse to put me in contact with the manager.

DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY!! Absolute crooks that will lie and lie to cover up their mistakes!!

Blatently advertise flights at low cost which don't exist. Also been rapped by the Advertising Standards Authority by advertising fake air fares, but they still continue to do it.

Stay well clear. A bunch of crooks.

I booked a flight with this company to travel to Abuja in April 2011, one week before my departure. Only to go to the Airport and found out that my booking has not been processed by the agent. I could not travel that day but the following day, after I contacted the office. They confirmed the agent did not finish processing my application. This cost me extra £150 in expenses plus inconvenience. I requested for apology but up to now (six months after) none from the company
